Course Objectives: To view purchasing and supply management from a total system perspective. To understand the key issues and developments in managing supplier, customer management and supply chain partner relationships. To adopt conceptual framework(s) to better understand the process of developing, negotiating, contracting, managing conflict, and measuring performance in supply chain business relationships to enable greater competitiveness.
