WARM-uPAREA
PAcE GROuPS: New this year! We will utilize Runner’s Edge of Kansas city/SmartPacing, and have a hold-and-release start in an effort to minimize the volume of runners released at one time. You’ll recognize our pacers in the start area wearing bright green shirts and carrying pace flags printed with an anticipated pace per mile. Please join the pace group which best suits your abilities. Your time starts and stops when you cross the timing mats.
NOTIcE: No runners with strollers, pets, bikes, rollerblades, rollerskates, motorized vehicles, iPods, and headsets allowed. Baby strollers are only allowed in the walker group. No animals except those assisting the blind are allowed on the course.
PhOTOGRAPhS: make sure your bib is visible for on-the-course photographers. Teams, families and individuals can have photos taken in the courtyard area by Seasons 52. Proofs can be viewed and purchased online at www.sportsphotos.com/ccVITrolleyRun. All photo proceeds will be donated to CCVI.
LOST & FOuNd: All found items will be taken to the info booth near the bridge on Wornall Road. Items not claimed will be taken to CCVI, 3101 Main Street, Kansas City, MO 64111. Call 816-841-2284 for pickup beginning Monday, April 25, 2016.
RAIN PLAN: The Race Director reserves the right to cancel or amend the race in the event of dangerous and inclement weather.
