Ammonia Receiver :Ammonia Liquid Receiver shall be fabricated from tested MS plates having a diameter of 750 mm X 5000 mm length. MS plates shall be 16 mm thickness for shell and 20 mm for dish-end. The same shall be tested to hydraulic pressure of 30 Kg/Cm. sq. with liquid Inlet & Outlet valve,Safety valve,Gauge glass valve & Oil drain Valve etc.

6Cooling Coil :The cooling coil shall be fabricated with 40 mm n.b. C class Tata make ERW pipe fitted with 100 mm x 100 mm sq. pipe fitted with Fin made of 20 SWGCRC sheet with a raised collar of 12.50 mm high in the middle for press fittings. The cooling coil shall be 12 mtr long x 4 pipe wide x 2 pipe high connected to 100 mm Gas and Liquid Header with 40 mm C class U Bend. Other Terms and Conditions:

1) Payment :60% advance against Confirmed order, 30% against Delivery of the plant & machinery and equipment, materials etc. 10% after commissioning of the plant.

2)Delivery :Within14 / 16 weeks from the receipt of the order along with advance.

3) Taxes :Tax are to be charged as per prevailed rate as extra. The tax is not included in the quotation.

4) Transport : Kolkata to your site is on your cost.

5) Others: Power, Fuel required for erection are to be arranged by you. Accommodation including light for our staff during the erection period are to be arranged.

We shall not be liable for any damages caused due to natural calamities beyond our control.

This quotation is valid for 30 days only from the date of issue.
