The property of a minor was sold by his father without any legalnecessity or with the permission of the court. Therefore, thesale was voidable at the option of the son who was the realowner.

 Any one purchasing the property from the son on attainingma"ority will be entitled to file a suit for setting aside the salemade by the father within # years of attaining ma"ority by theminor son. $t was also observed that when the minor sontransferred the property on attaining ma"ority, has right to
