We all know we’re supposed

to eat atleast 3 servings of

fruit per day. But actually

doing it is another thing.

Lack of time, lack of energy,

life in general.

But bringing fruits back into

your life may end up being

helpful later on.

Fruit stimulates the memory. Consuming fruit effectively,

your brain will recall information faster and more easily.

Fruits are very nutritious, enriched with high fiber, vitamins,

minerals, antioxidants, and other nutrients.

Fruit makes you feel better. Eating much fruit can have a

mysterious healing effect on human beings. Even better is to

drink a lot of freshly squeezed fruit drinks on a regular basis.

It will take approximately 30 days until you start to notice the

effects.

And, compared with people who consume a diet with only

small amounts of fruits and vegetables, those who eat more

generous amounts as part of their diet are likely to have re-

duced risk of chronic diseases, including stroke and perhaps

other cardiovascular diseases, and certain cancers.

If you’ve forgotten...

So think small and start challenging yourself.
