3M™ FASARA™ Glass Finishes are decorative films available in over 60 designs, capturing the look of cut or textured glass at a fraction of the price.

These products are made from polyester and have a pressure sensitive adhesive that can be applied to glass. These decorative products can be used in vertical applications in commercial buildings to control both light and privacy through a building’s interior glass, including the interior of an outside glass wall. Three designs, identified by defined symbols, can be used on the exterior of an outside glass wall.

Some designs have corresponding solid privacy patterns, increasing the creative possibilities.

The print direction of the pattern for most 3M™ FASARA™ Glass Finishes runs across the roll width of the film. Most Gradations patterns run across the roll width. However, the print direction of all Border / Horizontal patterns, and the Gradation patterns Venetian and Robe run along the roll length. 3M™ CRYSTAL Glass Finishes offer both dusted and frosted designs that provide the look of sandblasted or etched glass, at a fraction of the cost. These products can be used in applications in commercial buildings to control both light and privacy, including personalized brand messaging.

These products are made from high quality vinyl film and have a pressure-sensitive adhesive and a transparent polyester liner for easy cutting. They are available in a dusted crystal finish in translucent white or frosted crystal finish in six translucent colors. You can digitally print on the product for both customization and personalization options on a “test and approve” basis. It can also be used in vertical applications on the interior or exterior of an outside glass wall.

3M™ DICHROIC Glass Finish DF-PA offers a way to create unique, ever-changing color on many interior building surfaces. Influenced by the color of the substrate, this transparent film provides a dichroic color effect, meaning it appears to change color when viewed at various angles. With 3M DICHROIC Glass Finishes, the same effect can be achieved at a fraction of the cost of dichroic glass.

The film is made from a multi-layer polymeric film with a clear, pressure-sensitive adhesive that can be applied to glass. A hard-coated, protective surface layer helps resist scratching during normal use. “Blaze” shifts colors in the warm tones of cyan/blue/magenta in transmission and red/gold color regions of the spectrum in reflection. “Chill” shifts colors in the cool tones of blue/magenta/yellow in transmission and gold/blue color regions of the spectrum in reflection. These decorative films can be used in vertical applications on the surface of interior glass, including the interior of an outside glass wall.
