Product Features

• Description Long-term durable and removable 50 µm fi lm with slideable, repositionable, pressure-activated adhesive with excellent hiding power and stability. Controltac fi lm series 180Cv2 with Comply adhesive has non-visible air release channels for fast and easy, bubble-free graphic installations. Also available as standard Controltac fi lm 180 series without Comply adhesive. Use for screen printing.• Suitable for indoor and outdoor applications• Typical applications Commercial vehicle and fl eet graphics, emblems or striping• Suitable application surfaces Flat, with and without rivets, simple curves, moderate compound curves, and corrugations

• Suitable application substrates ABS resins, aluminum, chrome, glass, fi berglass reinforced plastics, paint (check adhesion to powder coated or water-based paints)

• Graphic durability Up to 12 years indoor and 8 years outdoor*

• Are graphics covered by warranty? Yes, the 3M MCS Warranty is the strongest and most comprehen- sive warranty in the graphics industry*

• New expanded colour range Available in 40 gloss and metallic colours, including black and white matte. Colours can be colour matched to your corporate requirements referencing e. g. Pantone®, RAL, NCS, HKS, etc.

• Application temperature range Flat surfaces without rivets: 4°-38°C Curved or corrugated surfaces with rivets: 10°-38°C Compound curves: 16°-32°C

• Application temperature range Grey pigmented permanent adhesive

• Removal Removable with heat and/or chemicals from most substrates within the warranty period at 10°C minimum (air and substrate)
