Dr. James Ford Jr. is the Senior Pastor of Christ Bible Church of Chicago, where he has been serving The Lord for more than 30 years. A Moody Bible Institute “Pastor of the Year” honoree, Pastor Ford is also the president of Impact Ministries, a Christ Bible Church outreach that is committed to strengthening families, particularly in Chicago’s South Shore community. Pastor Ford is a gifted speaker and Bible expositor whose teaching can be heard, nationwide, on the “Treasured Truth for Troubling Times” podcast and weekday Moody Radio broadcast. Registration Policies:

• Registration for the 2020 marriage retreat costs $440. Please plan to complete your payment(s) by May 1, 2020; determination of guest room assignments will begin at that time.

• As we must guarantee the accommodations by May 1, 2020, refunds after that date will not be possible.

Preparing for the Retreat:

• Check-in is to begin by 4:00pm on Friday, June 5th, in the Lake James Ballroom at the Potawatomi Inn. Although your lodging is included in your retreat registration, the inn will require a credit card for incidentals.

• Park entry fees begin at $7 for vehicles with an Indiana license plate; $9 for out of state plates. You can leave the grounds and reenter at no additional cost during the duration of your stay; just show your room key at the gate.

• If you have dietary or accessibility concerns, please let us know at your earliest convenience so that we can take steps to accommodate your needs.

• For all activities throughout the weekend, casual clothes will be appropriate.

• Things to bring: Bibles, pens/pencils, cameras, outdoor wear, plus spending money for the book table and free time.

• Free time options: hiking, horseback riding, paddle-boating, outlet shopping, and more!
