PROTECTION / SECURITY• HQI illuminants are dangerous (become extremely hot, can potentially ex-
plode, are made of glass (splinter hazard))
• Under diffi cult weather conditions (wind, heavy rain etc.), light balloons have to be secured lavishly with ropes. This costs valuable time and makes additional material like ropes, security pylones, refl ection tape etc. neces-sary. Often, the area under the light balloon has to be closed off in order to eliminate possible tripping hazards through the fastening arrangements
• The luminaires of the ALDEBARAN® 360 GRAD FLEX SERIES all have 4 inte-grated ballasts each. Consequently, you will never stand in the dark if one should fail
• The single light segments of the 360 GRAD FLEX luminaires are on/off-switchable in pairs (180 degrees). Therefore, unintentional glaring (e.g. of other road users when an accident location is being secured) is avoided effectively
