    The first pro$le( is that there are loads of hard copied docu(ents $einggenerated. This $rings us to the age=old discussion of eeping infor(ation in

    the for( data$ases &ersus eeping the sa(e on sheets of paper. Feeping the

    infor(ation in the for( of hard=copied docu(ents leads to the followingpro$le(s6

    I& Lac8 o- space It $eco(es a pro$le( in itself to find space to eep the

    sheets of paper $eing generated as a result of the ongoing discussion. The

    docu(ents $eing generated are too i(portant to $e ill=treated.

    consu(ing and tedious e'ercise.
