Bowness is a neighbourhood and former town in west Calgary, Alberta. The neighbourhood is bordered by the Bow River to the north and east, 16 Avenue to the south, and Stoney Trail to the west. The Vendor has recently rezoned the property. Land Use approval is now in place to accommodate the redevelopment. Site servicing and subdivision is expected in the summer of 2020.
