Abstract

T his resear ch aims to determine the fa ctors that affecti ng the develo npme t of

mot ivation for the members of kelompok tani in K n ecamata Prajekan Kabupat en

B ndo owoso ast e ja va. The meth usod ed is des riptc ive analysis method and survey

metho d. Descriptive method of analys is us to desced ribe accur ately the properti es of

an individual, the circumstances , phenome nnon a d so on that he obis t ject of

research. The survey method used for research wit e h th data obtained f rom the da ta

s ietud d samples taken from the population , so it fin d occurrences relative, distrib ut ion

and relationships betw soeen ci lo og ci al nd a psycholog ical va riables . In order to

determine the factors that aff ect the level of motivation of farmers to the development

and g rowth of k selo omp ktani u ed Pearson correlation a an lysis and mul tiple

co rrelation, ac ordc ing to (S.MM Si regar, 2015) before pe rforming mu iplt le regression

analysis first findin g a d n effect relatio nship be ltween variab es X and Y according by

revie iw ng the Grou p's role is X1, role extension w orkers is X2, and he t Land Area is

the X3, t ivhe mot ation is Y. The Res rcea h resu lts sh t thow tha e group's role and the

r lo e of extension w rkers a veo is ry significant f actor th n at ca affect motivation .

Penelitian ini bertujua untuk men ngetahui faktor-faktor y ng a mempengaruhi

pengembangan motivasi anggota kel mpok ta di Kecamata ekan o ni n Praj Kabupaten

Bondowoso Provins i Jawa Timur. Metode penelitian ya g nakan ad ah n digu al m eto de

deskr ipt if ana s l iis dan metode survei. Metode de if an isis kan skript al diguna untuk

melukiskan se cara tepat sifat-sifat suatu indi vidu, keadaan, gejala dan sebagainya

yang me upakan ob ek r y penel itian. Metode Survei digunakan u tuk pe n n ne il tia dengan

data yang dipelajari h ri el y il diperole da data samp ang diamb dari populas i, seh ingga

d ditemukan keja i - jaan ke dian relatif, dis ribust i dan hubungan antar variabel sosiolo gi

Pe nelitian dilaksanakan d Desa Tarui m

Kecamatan Prajekan Kabupaten Bondowoso

Provinsi Jawa Ti mu r pada April

sampa ngi de an Juli 2016.

Metode Penelitian

Metode dasar yang dig unakan

dalam kajian ini adalah metode deskriptif

analisis dan metode survei. Metode deskriptif

anali nt kisis digunakan u uk melu skan secara

tepat sifat- sifat suatu individu , keadaan, g ejala

dan sebag inya yang merupakan a oby ek

penelitian. Metode Surve an i di kguna untuk

penelitian dengan da a y ng t a dipelajari

diperoleh da dari ta sampel yang diambil dari

populasi, sehingga ditemukan ke an j iad -

ke ijad an re latif, distribusi dan gan h b nu u antar

variabe l i sosiolog dan psikologis (Riduwan ,

2004).
