Doug Ackerman joinedthe Pepsi Center in1999 following nineyears with AscentEntertainment Group’scorporate accountingdepartment.

Ackerman is responsible for all aspects of the PepsiCenter. He oversees financial reporting, financial trans-actions, budget preparations and all Pepsi Center oper-ations from booking to management of the facility.

Ackerman is responsible for the Kroenke SportsEnterprises investment in the Paramount Theatre andthe CityLights Pavilion.

Ackerman is overseeing the construction of the KSEinvestment in the Prairie Gateway complex inCommerce City. Prairie Gateway will include a newsoccer stadium which will be the home of the ColoradoRapids MLS team. The stadium will hold 18,000 fansand have a 26,000-seat capacity for concerts. The sta-dium will be surrounded by 24 youth fields and morethan 200 acres of retail development.

Prior to his work with Ascent, Ackerman worked forseven years with Ernst & Young. Ackerman graduatedfrom Ohio Northern University and subsequently earnedhis CPA certificate.

He and his wife, Trish, reside in Parker with their threechildren, Ashley, Steven and Ian.

DOUG ACKERMANSENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, VENUES

Paul Andrews was pro-moted to his position asexecutive vice presi-dent of Kroenke SportsEnterprises in April2005. Andrews works

with company president Stan Kroenke on overseeingthe day-to-day business operations of KSE, includingthe operations of Pepsi Center, the Denver Nuggets,Colorado Avalanche, Colorado Crush, ColoradoMammoth, Colorado Rapids, CityLights Pavilion and thehistorical Paramount Theatre in downtown Denver. Aschief marketing officer, Andrews directly oversees theticket sales, service and operations departments, aswell as the creative, marketing and corporate sponsor-ship departments.

Andrews began his career in professional sports withthe Denver Nuggets as an account executive inSeptember 1990. Demonstrating his desire to learnother facets of the industry, he was put in charge ofdirecting game operations in addition to his salesduties in 1991. Continuing his climb up the Nuggets

hierarchy, he was promoted to ticket sales manager in1994. Due to his efforts the Nuggets had their mostsuccessful sellout streak in franchise history, number-ing 56 games during the course of the 1994-95 and1995-96 seasons.

When it was announced that the Quebec Nordiqueswould be moving to Denver in 1995-96 to become theColorado Avalanche, new challenges arose forAndrews. He is credited with designing and institutingthe initial seating plans, innovative group sales pro-grams, as well as advanced development of targetedtelemarketing for season ticket sales. His knowledgeand experience is readily apparent, as it has producedthe longest current NHL sellout streak, which stands at484 games entering the 2006-07 season.

A native of Colorado, Andrews is a 1983 graduate ofAlameda High School and went on to earn a bachelorsdegree in marketing from the University of Wyoming.He and his wife, Marlie, reside in Arvada with their twosons, Aaron and Trace.

Mark Waggoner isresponsible for all ofthe financial reportingaspects of the ColoradoAvalanche and DenverNuggets in conjunction

with the NHL and NBA in his role as senior vice presi-dent, sports finance.

Waggoner oversees all financial transactions for bothfranchises and is responsible for developing and main-taining budgets, working with the teams on mattersinvolving insurance and other benefit programs.

Waggoner originally joined the Denver Nuggets in 1986as the organization’s accountant following five years ofservice in the public accounting profession in Denver.He was then promoted to his current position in 1992.Mark also serves as the treasurer for the ColoradoAvalanche and Denver Nuggets community funds.

A native of Ann Arbor, Mich., Waggoner graduatedfrom Central Michigan University in 1980 with a B.A. inbusiness administration. He proceeded to earn his CPAcertificate in 1982. He and his wife, Janeen, reside inLittleton with their daughter, Rylee.

MARK WAGGONERSENIOR VICE PRESIDENT,SPORTS FINANCE

Michael Benson hasbeen with the KroenkeSports Enterprisesorganization since1996, including threeyears with its prior par-

ent company, Ascent Entertainment Group. While withAscent Entertainment he was involved in corporatefinance, treasury and insurance as the manager offinance. Prior to joining the company, Benson worked inthe finance and planning departments of PulteMortgage Corporation for four years.

In addition to his executive duties, Benson is currentlyresponsible for all treasury, cash management, riskmanagement, 401(k), insurance, retail and humanresources for the company and heads work on businessacquisition, development and special event projects.Benson led Kroenke Sports’ / Pepsi Center efforts onthe 2001 NHL All-Star and financial aspects of the 2005

NBA All-Star game. He has executive managementresponsibility for the Grand Prix of Denver, the OperaShop, a Kroenke-owned regional theatrical and stagelighting company, and Altitude Premium Consulting, apremium buying and strategic consulting joint venture.

Born in Eugene, Ore., Benson holds an undergraduatedegree in finance from the University of Arizona (1991)and a graduate degree in finance from the University ofColorado (1996) and is a certified treasury professional(CTP). Benson sits on the board of the Denver MetroConvention and Visitors Bureau and its finance andaudit committee. Mike is also a member of theAssociation of Financial Professionals and the Risk andInsurance Management Society. He and his wife, Laura,reside in Parker, Colo., with their three daughters,Carolyn, Meredith and Hailey.

Dave Jolette has beenrunning the day-to-dayoperations of the PepsiCenter since the build-ing opened in the fall of1999 and enters his

sixth season in that role. He was named vice presidentin May 2003. Jolette and his staff oversee the approx-imately 180 annual events that take place at PepsiCenter, as well as CityLights Pavilion and ParamountTheatre. All told, his staff helps put on almost 300events in a given year.

During his tenure at Pepsi Center, Jolette, 41, hashelped stage the 2001 NHL All-Star Game and 2005NBA All-Star Game, as well as NCAA regional basket-ball tournaments and the wide range of events thatcome through the KSE facilities. Overall, this marks

Jolette’s 11th year with the Avalanche and Nuggets, ashe was hired as the event manager for McNicholsSports Arena in 1995, the Avalanche’s inaugural sea-son. He was also in charge of event operation for boththe Denver Coliseum and Red Rocks. He joined KroenkeSports six months before the Pepsi Center opened.

After getting his bachelor’s degree from CaliforniaState-Chico in 1987, Dave operated his own business inCalifornia for several years before pursuing a graduatedegree in facilities management at the University ofMichigan. He joined the McNichols Arena staff in 1995.

An avid sports and fitness enthusiast, Dave competesin triathlon races throughout Colorado. He and hiswife, Stacy, have a daughter, Nicole (15) and a son,Ryan (12), and make their home in Denver.

DAVE JOLETTEVICE PRESIDENT,GENERAL MANAGER - PEPSI CENTER

Deb Dowling-Caninoreturned to KroenkeSports Enterprises in2002 as vice presidentof community relations.Previously she served as

special events director for the Denver Nuggets andColorado Avalanche from 1993-96. Her responsibilitiesinclude community engagement initiatives for all KSE entities.

Dowling-Canino’s professional career has includedmedia stints at KHOW and KWBZ radio as public serv-ice, promotion and programming director. She ownedand operated Abracadabra Events, an event productioncompany whose clients included The International atCastle Pines, Colorado Department of Local Affairs,Colorado Special Olympics, Metro State College,Downtown Denver Partnership and ColoradoBroadcaster’s Association. In the non-profit sector she

has worked with the March of Dimes, AMC CancerResearch Center and Colorado Sports Hall of Fame.From 1996-2000 Dowling-Canino and her master chef-husband Roland Canino owned and operated the high-ly-acclaimed Canino’s Trattoria.

Her personal involvement with non-profit and civicorganizations in Denver has included volunteer leader-ship roles with Special Olympics Colorado, ALSAssociation, Junior League of Denver, Central CityOpera, Denver Baseball Commission, Colorado TourismBoard, First Plymouth Congregational Church and others.

A native of Colorado, Dowling-Canino graduated fromColorado State University with a degree in technicaljournalism.

Stephen L. Stienekerjoined Kroenke SportsEnterprises in 2005 asvice president and gen-eral counsel, oversee-ing the company’s legaloperations and all compliance matters.

A graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law,Stieneker previously served Janus Capital Group asassistant general counsel, vice president of publicaffairs and chief administrative officer of investments.

He resides in Denver.

STEPHEN STIENEKERVICE PRESIDENT, GENERAL COUNSEL

Mike Kurowski is enter-ing his 12th seasonwith the organization.He began his ascent asan account executive,selling and servicing

partners for the Denver Nuggets. Soon after his arrival,the corporate sales group was challenged to create asolid sponsorship base for the Colorado Avalanche.While Mike and the rest of the sponsorship groupexceeded expectations, the next hurdle was to preparefor the opening of the Pepsi Center doors in 1999.

During this time, and leading up to Mike's new rolewithin Kroenke Sports as director of corporate sales inOctober 2001, his sales skills consistently placed him atthe top of the department. During his time spent in thedirector's chair he led the charge in promoting theColorado Crush and Colorado Mammoth in their suc-cessful inaugural seasons as well as sponsorshipefforts for the Colorado Rapids.

In 2004, he was promoted to his current role of vicepresident. Mike's team consists of a solid group ofsales and service professionals with a tremendousamount of inventory and demanding responsibilitiesahead, including sponsorship sales efforts for the newsports and entertainment complex currently under con-struction in Commerce City. Prior to his time spent withKroenke Sports, Mike's experience as an account exec-utive was fine tuned with a Florida-based advertisingagency. His abilities helped land several key accountsthat ultimately led to his hiring with the Nuggets andhis relocation back to Denver.

A native of Colorado, Mike grew up in Littleton andattended Columbine High School. He graduated fromthe University of Wisconsin in Green Bay and currentlyresides in Denver with his wife, Christy, and their threeboys, Cason, Kade, and Camden.

Shawn Stokes joinedthe Pepsi Center in1999 as director of pro-duction. In September,2003 he was promoted

to his current title of vice president, venue projects. In2004 Stokes was at the center of the Opera Shop acqui-sition by Kroenke Sports Enterprises and took a positioninside the company as vice president of business devel-opment.

Prior to joining the Pepsi Center, Stokes was a promot-er representative for House of Blues as well asUniversal. Before becoming a promoter Representative,Stokes was a stage rigger and carpenter for many bigname artists including; Sinead O’Connor, Peter Gabriel,Lenny Kravitz and Stereo MC’s and many other livemusic and theatrical projects.

Stokes’s education and training in stage craft and rig-ging has led him to design and build many unique proj-ects worldwide. Stokes successfully graduated masterrigging and staging schools offered by sanctioned inter-national theatrical bodies. After receiving his masterriggers certification in 1995, he also received his fieldrepair certificates that can be applied to many commonstage devices. Stokes then began consulting and edu-cating prospective riggers and stage workers for largescenic companies, labor providers and lighting compa-nies. Furthermore, Stokes has consulted in “difficultsituation” executions as well as risk management andrisk reduction in the work place.

He was born in Albuquerque, N.M..

SHAWN STOKESVICE PRESIDENT, VENUE PROJECTS-KSE AND VICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT-OPERA SHOP, INC.

As the vice presidentfor new businessDevelopment forKroenke Sports, Wrightis responsible for ana-lyzing new investmentopportunities for KSE.

He is also the CFO of the Kroenke Group, a holding com-pany that includes ownership of several sports fran-chises, cultural and entertainment activities and realestate holdings.

Wright is the General Manager for the ColoradoRapids, and has served on the MLS and SUM Board ofGovernors as well as several Board committees. Hecurrently serves on the MLS and SUM FinanceCommittees. Wright also serves on the NLL Board ofGovernors representing the Colorado Mammoth and isa member of the Expansion Committee and Chairman ofthe NLL Finance Committee. He also has overseen theoperations of the Blue Sky Grill at The Pepsi Center andserves on the Budget and Audit Committee for the USSoccer Federation.

Previously, he spent over 20 years as an outside pro-fessional financial advisor, including over 14 years as apartner with Ernst & Young. Wright possesses a

wealth of financial management and merger and acqui-sition experience, particularly with respect to sportsfranchises and arenas, and was instrumental in dealswhich led to the acquisition of the Montreal Canadiens,Colorado Avalanche, Washington Capitals, PittsburghPenguins, Vancouver (currently Memphis) Grizzlies,Denver Nuggets, Washington Wizards and the facilitiesused by those teams. Wright is also a shareholder andofficer of an indoor soccer franchise playing in the MISL.

A frequent speaker on mergers & acquisitions andsports industry subjects, Wright has written over 20articles for professional publications on a wide range oftopics. He also holds several professional certifications(CPA, CMA, CIRA, CMC) and belongs to a number ofprofessional organizations.

His educational credentials include a Bachelor of Artsdegree, cum laude, from Duke University and an MBAin Finance and Accounting from the Owen GraduateSchool of Management at Vanderbilt University, wherehe received the Faculty Award for DistinguishedAchievement. He has also served on the Board ofTrustees of several charitable organizations, and is cur-rently on the Board of the Mile High United Way.

NHL COLORADO AVALANCHEThe two-time Stanley Cup champion Colorado Avalanche has been in Denver since1995. Formerly the Quebec Nordiques, the Avalanche owns the National HockeyLeague record for consecutive sold-out games.

NBA DENVER NUGGETSFor more than 25 years, the Denver Nuggets have represented the city and the regionin the National Basketball Association. The Nuggets are the oldest NBA team in themountain states region and have produced a number of All-Stars and Hall-of-Famers.

AFL COLORADO CRUSHColorado was awarded an Arena Football League franchise in 2001. A partnershipbetween Kroenke Sports Enterprises, legendary Denver Broncos quarterback JohnElway and Broncos owner Pat Bowlen formed the Crush, which played its inauguralseason at Pepsi Center in 2003 and won the 2005 AFL championship.

NLL COLORADO MAMMOTHThe Rocky Mountain region gained its first National Lacrosse League team in the sum-mer of 2002 when Kroenke Sports Enterprises purchased the Washington Power andmoved the team to Colorado. The team has never missed the playoffs and concludedthe 2006 season – its fourth year in Denver – with an NLL championship.

MLS COLORADO RAPIDSThe Colorado Rapids have represented Denver’s Major League Soccer fans since 1996.Boasting playoff-contending teams and one of Denver’s most impressive home records,the Rapids continue to build excitement for soccer in the Rocky Mountain West. TheRapids will play in a new 18,000-seat stadium in Commerce City, Colo., scheduled toopen in April 2007.

GRAND PRIX OF DENVERMore than 100,000 open wheel race fans jam the grounds of Pepsi Center for the annu-al Grand Prix of Denver. The three-day event features a combination of lifestyleexhibits, races, concerts and the CART race grand finale.

PARAMOUNT THEATRELocated just off of downtown Denver’s 16th Street Mall, the Paramount Theaterremains one of Denver’s loveliest and most unique buildings. After more than 65 years,the Paramount is the only one of Denver’s original movie palaces still in operation.Kroenke Sports has committed to a 10-year plan for renovating and restoring the the-atre to its original grandeur. In addition to films, the Paramount also hosts a variety ofconcerts and performances.

CITYLIGHTS PAVILIONLocated on the grounds of Pepsi Center, Universal Lending Pavilion is Denver’s onlyurban outdoor amphitheatre. The 4,400 seat venue has hosted a variety of performers,including Barry Manilow, Black Eyed Peas, John Mayer, David Bowie and Elvis Costello.

PEPSI CENTERPepsi Center is home to the Denver Nuggets, ColoradoAvalanche, Colorado Crush and Colorado Mammoth.The arena hosts more than 260 events annually, rang-ing from the beauty of ice shows, to the rage of mon-ster trucks, from major conventions to nationally broad-cast concerts and the sports world’s All-Star games.

Groundbreaking for the $160 million facility took placeon Nov. 20, 1997 and Celine Dion performed before asold-out crowd at the Oct. 1, 1999 grand opening.Located on 52 acres in Denver’s Central Platte Valley,Pepsi Center is on the edge of downtown Denver at thefoot of Colorado’s majestic Rocky Mountains. Thearena is flanked by Denver’s Lower Downtown enter-tainment district which includes Coors Field, OceanJourney, Six Flags Elitch Gardens amusement park, anda myriad of shopping, entertainment and restaurant options.

The 675,000 square-foot, five-level arena is locatednear the intersection of Auraria Parkway and SpeerBoulevard on Chopper Circle, named in honor of long-time Denver Nuggets trainer and friend of the commu-nity Robert “Chopper” Travaglini. Pepsi Center features18,007 seats for hockey and lacrosse and 19,099 seatsfor basketball on three levels of seating - a main con-course, Club Level, and upper level. Concerts and otherevents will seat 500 to 20,000 guests, depending onthe configuration. Other features of Pepsi Centerinclude: two dramatic, six-story atrium entryways withvideo walls; views of the Central Platte Valley, down-town Denver and the Rocky Mountains; the Blue SkyGrill, a restaurant styled with authentic trappings ofthe Old West and featuring classic and nouveauAmerican cuisine like elk quesadillas and buffalosteaks; the Ridgeline, a 300-seat restaurant located onthe Club Level; 95 fully-furnished luxury suites and a1,900-seat Club Level, which also hosts The DenverPost Newsroom lounge and the Qwest BusinessCenter; a fully equipped and integrated production stu-dio containing two video control centers and two edit-ing suites; and a 60,000 pound center-hung scoreboardfeaturing an eight-sided matrix/game-in-progress boardand a four-sided, wide-screen Sony LED JumboTron.

A full-sized NBA practice court above the DenverNuggets locker room allows both the Avalanche andthe Nuggets to practice in the arena simultaneously.Pepsi Center has 6,750 parking spaces - 4,750 spaceson site, with an additional 2,000 parking spaces sharedwith Six Flags Elitch Gardens. The shared spaces areconnected via a pedestrian walkway. In 2002, theRTD's C-line opened connecting Denver's southernsuburbs with downtown Denver's Union Station andfeaturing a Pepsi Center stop.

The Altitude Authentics retail stores feature the best inteam merchandise and the main shop is located insidethe arena’s Grand Atrium. Directly across from themain shop is a store that features women’s and chil-

dren’s clothing. Nine additional merchandise kiosksand novelty stores are located throughout the arena.

The building contains 41 public restrooms and boasts17 fixed concession stands. Six elevators and sevenescalators give patrons easy access to all levels ofPepsi Center. The facility exceeds all ADA compliancestandards, making Pepsi Center one of the most fan-friendly environments in the industry.

Pepsi Center was designed by HOK Sports FacilitiesGroup of Kansas City, the world’s preeminent sportsand entertainment architects and designers of world-class facilities such as Coors Field, Camden Yards,United Center and the Arrowhead Pond of Anaheim.Construction of the arena was completed by M.A.Mortenson Company of Denver, builders of Coors Field.Pepsi Center took 21 months to build from start to finish.

Media facilities, including work rooms, productionareas, dark rooms and dining rooms, are located nearthe locker rooms on level one. The press box featuresdirect elevator access and contains three televisionbroadcast booths, three radio booths, a video replayand NHL officials' booth and two auxiliary booths. Thepress box also has accommodations for 80 print mediapositions in addition to logistical support facilities.Combined with the full-service broadcast studio, edit-ing suites and excellent accessibility throughout thebuilding, Pepsi Center provides a level of media ameni-ties unlike any other arena.

ALTITUDE AUTHENTICS/ RETAILAltitude Authentics is the official team store ofKroenke Sports’ teams and is located off the north sideof the Grand Atrium adjacent to the box office lobby.The stores - including a separate women’s/children’sstore feature merchandise from the Denver Nuggets,Colorado Avalanche, Colorado Mammoth, ColoradoRapids and Colorado Crush. The store is open from 10a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, Saturdays from10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and starting one hour before gametime on weekends. All guests must have a ticket ongame/event days for entry. Merchandise can also beviewed and purchased from the kiosk terminals locatedaround the arena and from all Suite computer terminalsand online at AltitudeAuthentics.com.

All arena locations operate during events for one hourprior to an event and 30 minutes after an event. Allstores, stands and kiosks accept major credit cards(Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express)and cash. AUTOMATED TICKET SCANNING Pepsi Center features a state-of-the-art ticketing sys-tem that tracks each ticket as it is used through anadvanced electronic bar-code scanning system. Thesystem assists Pepsi Center in its efforts to thwart theuse of invalid and/or counterfeit tickets, as well asrelocation efforts for our patrons on an as-needed basis.

CONCESSIONSAll concession stands on the lower (8) and upper (9) lev-els within Pepsi Center are operated by Aramark Sportsand Entertainment. In addition, there are 21 mobileconcession and beverage kiosks on the lower level and13 mobile concession and beverage kiosks on the upperlevel. Concession stands at Pepsi Center are designedto accommodate food and beverage service for ourguests with disabilities. Condiment stands have alsobeen designed for ease-of-access for guests in wheelchairs.Permanent concession stands accept credit and debit cards,while the concession and beverage kiosks do not.

CONOCO BREAKPLACE / GAS STATIONConoco operates a gas station and convenience storelocated at the Seventh Street entrance to the arenaparking lot. Conoco also sponsors the interactive gameslocated on the upper level at section 309.

COORS MEADOWCoors Meadow is a relaxing, park-like retreat locatedoutside the arena’s Grand Atrium entrance and includesa small stage setting with outdoor seating available forguests. Coors Meadow can accommodate approxi-mately 100-150 guests and may be rented for privateparties by calling the Meeting/Special Events depart-ment at 303-405-1245.

NBA PRACTICE COURTThe practice facility is a full-size basketball court uti-lized by the Denver Nuggets for all practice sessions.The court is located on the northwest side of the admin-istration level and can be rented for private parties bycalling the Special Events department at 303-405-6050.

QWEST BUSINESS CENTER / CONFERENCE ROOMPepsi Center features five state-of-the-art businesscenter and conference rooms, complete with video con-ferencing, computers, facsimile machines and fullaudio/visual capability. The Qwest Business Center islocated on the Club Level across from sections 214-222and is available for rental use with an advance reser-vation. The conference rooms can be used both prior toan event or game and during the day/evenings on non-event days. For information on reserving a room, please callthe Meeting/Special Events department 303-405-6050.

SCOREBOARDThe scoreboard is an eight-sided, center hung videoand information display. It hangs 35 feet off the floorand features four 16- by 9-feet high resolution SonyJumboTron video display boards for highlights, videosegments and sponsorship announcements. The score-board also has four display boards designed for gameand player statistics.
