Premium
Palsgaard® ChoMilk 150 helps to obtain a stable emulsion in the finished product and thereby prevent whey and fat separation.
When using Palsgaard® ChoMilk 150 manufacturers of chocolate milk and related products will therefore experi-ence a very homogeneous appearance in the end product.
Palsgaard® ChoMilk 150 controls flocculation of the fat globules which ensures a uniform chocolate milk with
• rich mouth-feel
• enhanced creaminess
• long shelf life
– resulting in a delicious and tasteful end product.
Uniformity
Palsgaard® ChoMilk 150 is a fully integrated product which offers manufacturers of chocolate milk a uniform product with no risk of becoming non-homogeneous during storage and transportation of the emulsifier/stabilizer mixture.
Palsgaard® ChoMilk 150 can be added to the milk immedi-ately without prior premixing with e.g. sugar. It shows excel-lent free-flowing properties and is at the same time dispers-ible at all temperatures.
Storage stability
Palsgaard® ChoMilk 150 keeps the cocoa particles in sus-pension throughout the shelf life of the product. This pre-vents sedimentation of the cocoa particles and ensures high storage stability.

Stability
Palsgaard® ChoMilk 151 prevents coalescence of the fat globules and thereby facilitates the formation of a stable emulsion in chocolate milk and related products.
The optimized blend of emulsifier and stabilizers provides the chocolate milk with:
• a pleasant mouth-feel
• no fat or whey separation
• no sedimentation of the cocoa particles
Palsgaard® ChoMilk 151 guarantees a stable UHT choco-late milk, with no fat separation found on top of the drink throughout the shelf life of the finished chocolate milk.
Tolerance
The dosage of the stabilizer is crucial when producing choc-olate milk. When working with pure stabilizers the margin between underdosing and overdosing is very narrow.
Palsgaard® ChoMilk 151 increases the dosage margin and thereby reduces the risk of sedimentation and/or gelation due to wrong dosage. In other words tolerance is increased.
Cost saving
An additional benefit to Palsgaard® ChoMilk 151 is that it offers an attractive cost-in-use calculation. With a lower dosage needed in your final chocolate milk it is possible to save costs on the finished product without compromising on quality.

Standard emulsifier and stabilizer solution for chocolate milk
Palsgaard® ChoMilk 173 ensures a better suspension of the cocoa powder in the finished chocolate milk when stored at temperatures above 40°C.
Versatility
Palsgaard® ChoMilk 173 offers a product with great in-novation potential. Because of the unique composition it is suitable in chocolate milk drinks with a low protein content – either due to a low protein content in the milk or due to dilution with water to form a chocolate milk drink. It is also suitable in the production of e.g. coffee milk drinks.

Warm filling and storage

Our pilot plants are essential for building up know-how and practical experience within the dairy field. Important knowledge is achieved, which we share with our valued customers in the form of advice, ideas and assistance in product development. At the same time our pilot plants are essential for creating new, safe and market relevant innovations.

This enables us to be in close contact with our customers throughout the entire process of preparing a new product for production or adjusting an existing product.
