A family of static progressive finger splints designed to restore flexion or extension and correct lateral deviation of the IP joints. Step Splints put the wearer in control so range of motion can be restored comfortably and effectively.

Recommended for persons with MP ulnar deviation that can be corrected with mild to moderate force.

The Polycentric Hinged UD splint allows full MP flexion while blocking ulnar deviation. The palm is free to allow grasping objects. Padded finger stays can be contoured for ease of application and optimal alignment. Ideal for use following MP Arthroplasty.

DITH Shoulder/Arm Abduction System The DITH shoulder abduction orthosis provides secure shoulder immobilization without stress on the neck.

The doctor-designed DITH Abduction system is indicated for:

• Post Rotator Cuff and Shoulder Injuries• Frozen Shoulder (Adhesive Capsulitis)• Humeral fractures • Bursitis and Tendonitis• Brachial Plexus injury• Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TSO)

The DITH has been used to successfully treat and prevent frozen shoulder with as little as 30 minutes a day of abduction positioning. The versatile all in one orthosis can be used during all phases of healing to protect and safely restore range of motion.

The DITH is really two orthoses in one.

The Fanny Pack provides secure rest and protection during activity. Easily applied, the fanny pack includes a firm pillow and adjustable straps. A cushioned arm board provides extended wrist and hand support.

Attach the Fanny pack to the Abduction Pillow for 90 degree airplane abduction. Used with the metal strut, the DITH provides rigid abducted airplane immobilization. Use of the Abduction Pillow for 30 minutes a day has been shown to prevent Frozen Shoulder following injury or surgery. The DITH adapts to fit right or left arms and a wide range of body sizes.
