Utility room:A range of base level cupboards provides storage space, with a sink and drainer set into the counter top above, and has space for the addition of a washer and dryer. An additional cupboard with counter top provides additional storage. A double window ensures ample natural light.

A mains gas supply fuels the Worcester condensing boiler which economically and efficiently serves all the central heating and hot water needs. A large hot water tank and an extra cold water tank (with pump above) ensure adequate high volume water supply to the entire household, with an electric pump providing almost instant hot water throughout the home. There’s an electric back up for the hot water tank in the event of a gas supply problem.

One can see the extensive use copper piping which has been continued throughout the whole property. Also housed here are three control pads allowing individual heating adjustment for each level of the home.

Exterior and Services:To the side and rear of the property is ample room for up to four cars with easy turning space. The rear of the property features a high natural stone wall with clever use of the remains of the former outbuildings in the creation of decorative planting areas.

Services include mains water, electricity and gas supply with private drainage, which has recently been upgraded.
