As a rule swimmers practise in swimming-pools. But in summer they prefer to do it in the river or sea. There are some kinds of swimming-pools: pools for teaching and sporting pools which may be indoor and outdoor ones. During the 19th century , it was common to hear people in Europe and America say that the resources of the sea are unlimited. Vietnam officially became a full member of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) on July 28, 1995.
