2Ti 1:3 I thank God, whom I serve from my forefathers with pure conscience, that without

ceasing I have remembrance of thee in my prayers night and day;

2Ti 1:4 Greatly desiring to see thee, being mindful of thy tears, that I may be filled with joy;

2Ti 1:5 When I call to remembrance the unfeigned faith that is in thee, which dwelt first in

thy grandmother Lois, and thy mother Eunice; and I am persuaded that in thee also.

2Ti 1:6 Wherefore I put thee in remembrance that thou stir up the gift of God, which is in

thee by the putting on of my hands.

2Ti 1:7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound

mind.

2Ti 1:8 Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner:

but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God;

2Ti 1:9 Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works,

but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the

world began,

2Ti 1:10 But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Savior Jesus Christ, who hath

abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel:

I started this out with a scripture because I did not want you to feel like I was immediately

coming after your short comings. On the contrary ladies, I want to immediately remind you that

you are always lifted in prayer and you have a bosom full of gifts to share if you can just see

your worth.

I wanted to start off reminding you that you are an awesome woman; and though you have some

short comings you are STILL fully loaded with all you need to be a completely delivered woman,

a pillar in your household, your church and your community. You can form that group to rally

and pray because you are a woman. You have the power to reach a little girl before she becomes

a woman ahead of her time.

Talk to her and tell her that the lil boy she is flirting with, who is calling himself her

boyfriend, cannot do anything for her. At least not right now. Encourage that little lady to

keep her little self focused on her academics and cultivating all the special gifts inside of her.

She must know that there is more to her than a grade school or high school crush.

Before you remind your baby of who she is as a Princess, remind yourself of who you are as a

Queen.

HIS (The Father’s) testimonies are not full of anxiety, panic, nervousness, and tension.

However, they are familiar words in most people’s day and are common experiences to

believers. More and more we are hearing of an extreme form of anxiety referred to as a “panic

attack.”

I’ve seen many go through the experience of panic attacks. They said they became instantly

overwhelmed. This type of extreme expression of anxiety has become a norm in our world

today.

This type of behavior or experience is related to a baseless fear— so suppressing—that it

controls a person’s heart, makes it beat faster, makes him have chills or perspire, and the

person is overwhelmed by the moment of unexpected mandatory decision making, or

excitement.

Let us get back to the spirit of panic and anxiety. This lady I know, described the panic attack

she had, as an attack with the feeling close to that of a heart attack. What she did not

understand, and I explained to her, is that it absolutely was a heart attack.

HaSatan (caused her heart to focus on the moment and not focus on her faith). This lady’s

heart left her Savior at that time and she left her testimony. What did this prove? It proved that

her faith was smaller than the song in her heart about her L-rd and her King.

The saddest part about this attack is that her acknowledgment of failing that test, brought

more panic (recognizing she didn’t trust the best friend she will ever know and have).

HaSatan (the devil) is a thief and the bible said that he (the thief) cometh not but to kill, steal

and destroy but Yshua came to give you life and that more abundantly. The momentary attack

forced her to think that this attack is IT! This is as Fred Sandford says, “The Big One!”

Page 3: 2Ti 1:3 I thank God, whom I serve from my forefathers with ... · 2Ti 1:9 Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own

The problem is that the panic attack is turning into depression. HaSatan (the devil) is slowly

but surely disarming you. He is taking away your strength by forcing you to say in the

atmosphere, what the Word has not declared over your life. When you say, “I’m having a

panic attack,” HaSatan (the devil), has forced you to own that thing. The more you confess it,

the more it becomes yours. Basically, you bought and paid for it.

THE BELIEVERS VIRTUES

Prayer is our principal weapon for fighting emotional trauma and panic better known as

anxiety. I do not say “spirit of anxiety” lightly. I understand that everything IS NOT a spirit.

Many situations are invited guest.

It is like that company you complain about and claim you did not know they were coming. You

did secretly invite that person over because you entertain them when you are in a tolerable mood.

When something or someone hangs out with you often, they tend to think they belong.

If you stop pretending that you do not want that thing, it will stop coming over. When you stop

making it feel welcome, it will not invite itself into your presence uninvited. Many times, the

company make you feel important when it is not the case. They are coming because you are

giving them something that keeps them coming back for more. It may be more of your business,

more of your time, more of your food, more of your atmospheric peace or simply put, they are

time hoarders. Oh yeah, you can control this.

After Sha’ul (Paul) said to be careful for no reason at all, he added two complete sentences

being specific about how we’re to pray and what the benefits will be.

Philippians 4 is often distorted and misrepresented as a simple laundry list on how to deal with

worry; but it entails much more than that. As believers, we’re to leave the sin of stress behind

with our prayers, and were admonished to increasingly become a different person through new

ways of thinking and acting. Let us now determine the journey beyond worry.

Page 4: 2Ti 1:3 I thank God, whom I serve from my forefathers with ... · 2Ti 1:9 Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own

Php 4:5 Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.

Php 4:6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with

thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

Php 4:7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts

and minds through Christ Jesus.

Php 4:8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest,

whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely,

whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise,

think on these things.

Php 4:9 Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me,

do: and the God of peace shall be with you.

Sha’ul (Paul) wrote that your mind needs to focus on what is real, honest, loyal and pure. You

should let your mind drift into a good place and not one that wants you to slide into brokenness

and depression. Yes, you may have done what they said you did, but you are not what they called

you.

Do not dwell on what they said but dwell on what Yshua did. He gave His life as a ransom for

everything you have been accused of.

As mentioned earlier, we are the products of our thinking. According to Prov. 23:7, “For as he

thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee”

The Blessing Of Clarity Ladies. Lets Read Starting At Verse Six

Pro 23:6 Eat thou not the bread of him that hath an evil eye, neither desire thou his dainty

meats: Don’t be so caught up that you cannot see truth. When you get caught up, you will

blame the other person for setting the snare. No, just don’t be so desperate or thirsty that

you can’t see what is right in front of you.

Pro 23:7 For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his

heart is not with thee. Don’t let your heart be held up from your healing. Think outside the

box of your emotions.

Pro 23:8 The morsel which thou hast eaten shalt thou vomit up, and lose thy sweet

words. That thing is not stable and is not going to sustain you. It will come up like poison

because it is not the right thing/person for you. You will regurgitate not because you want to

throw him or it up out of your system, but you will do it because Yshua, will not let you settle.

What taste good can be one sweet away from a diabetic diagnosis. Sugary words satisfying that

sweet tooth. When you are hungry beans and cornbread is better than a donut or honey bun.

That person or thing that wants to take up your time needs to bring more than a coke and a

smile.

Pro 23:9 Speak not in the ears of a fool: for he will despise the wisdom of thy words. Don’t

talk to someone who is not trying to listen to your guidance or sound advice. He will think that

you are trying to keep him from having fun or enjoying COVID-19 (being extra ). Just

give the truth and walk away. Do not hang out and try to force your truth on them.

Pro 23:10 Remove not the old landmark; and enter not into the fields of the fatherless: This

is super important ladies. Being Covered and Having that stability to point back to is crucial. We all

need a dad, our dad. If your dad was not present and you have a spiritual dad, do not be crazy and not

embrace that opportunity.

Many people get the blessing of their spiritual leader and when they transition from sheep to son &

daughter, the son or daughter understand family and is committed, dedicated, and sold out.

They become a piece on the chess board even if they are a pawn. A pawn is not a bad thing because

you are there as a member of a team and you are given the opportunity to become whatever you desire

and help the King keep his dominion.

A pawn is detrimental to the chess board. There is a pawn in front of the Foundation (Castle), The

Knight, Bishop, King & Queen. There is a pawn in front of each person on the Kings staff. A pawn is

in front of each person on the Queens staff as well.

You may be the newest person on the chess board, but you are right in front and you are taking orders

from the back. Make sure you know the voice of the King/Queen and the person you are commanded to

stand in front. You must know the difference between those two voices.

All of that to say, be sure you are hearing the right voice for your life. It will not be a whole lot of

voices. If you are involved in a lot of things and with a lot of people, they should not all be the voice of

guidance in your head or for your life. ESPECIALLY if you are a daughter or a sheep.

*If you are a goat, it means that you have not locked down and become committed to your walk. A goat

means that you are still unsure about wanting to be where you are. You are wandering and might end

up joining under the wrong Shepherd just to be under a covering. Let me tell you this ladies; the

Heavenly Father assigns your biological parents and your spiritual parents to your life. You do not get

to choose. You can reject and end up getting in trouble with Elohim (G-d). You could have initially

gone under the wrong tent (I say tent because of instability issues. In the Old Covenant, tents were

erected for worship when the Israelites stopped at a location but when they landed in their permanent

dwelling place, a Temple was built for worship to house the precious items that were being carried).

Page 6: 2Ti 1:3 I thank God, whom I serve from my forefathers with ... · 2Ti 1:9 Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own

Ruach HaKodesh (the Holy Spirit) wants a permanent dwelling place in your heart. When you locate

your spiritual parents, you get that Temple experience.

Pro 23:11 For their redeemer is mighty; he shall plead their cause with thee.

Pro 23:12 Apply thine heart unto instruction, and thine ears to the words of knowledge. Everyone does not have the knowledge you need for your situation. Drink the Living Water and stop

being so thirsty you miss the real thing when it comes. You miss the impartation because you are full

off the wrong stuff and you don’t realize it until you are empty again.

Pro 23:13 Withhold not correction from the child: for if thou beatest him with the rod, he

shall not die. I am sure that a lot of people have taken this literally. The rod is the rod of

correction and guidance. Beating it into them means that you are not letting up off reminding

them which way they should be going; and warning them about the wrong crowd.

*The rod of correction is parallel to the rod the Shepherd used while leading his sheep. When

he saw that one was going astray (if he did not need to break their legs and carry them on his

shoulders), he would take that rod and just lightly tap them to get them back with the fold. The

beating should come from the truth of the doctrine of the Word and not man’s doctrine. One

who is ready to surrender and sick of her old ways will joyfully receive from the rod of

correction (the written Word of Yshua).

Pro 23:14 Thou shalt beat him with the rod, and shalt deliver his soul from hell. When you

are receiving truth about life and relationships with the L-rd and man, ladies, that is when

you are getting hit with that rod and it is going to keep you from going down the wrong path.

That is, if you listen and obey. Let me tell you ladies, it might appear that there is no one

checking you out or no one is interested in getting your number.

Do not be simple right now. A snake will wait until he can strike while you are not looking. If

you expect someone to be checking you out or asking for those digits, you will never see it

coming. He will catch you off guard so your answer will be just as spontaneous as his catch.

Simply put, somebody is checking out that pretty face, those dreamy eyes, that body you say

needs work; and most importantly, the right one will be checking out your ruach (spirit). Mind

your spirit.

If a man see’s you in a reckless form and he think that is cute, he has already envisioned you

past the living room, through the kitchen and in the bedroom. His thought is about you being

just as reckless with him. If he ignores you and does not acknowledge your presence, someone

has schooled him on the characteristics of a thirsty woman.

*I’m just keeping it real. Too many women try to catch an eye by being loud and boisterous,

but it just shows what you are willing to do. And what you are missing inside. Your inner

woman is not calm or peaceful. She may live in a house filled with people, but she is not the

one receiving attention. She must be the one giving it. Therefore, she is feeling empty and

void. She will do what she need to do to make life happen in the home but that doesn’t mean

she isn’t feeling like she’s left out or forgotten. Before her flame dies, this woman says to

herself, I matter. Someone is looking in her direction, she thinks that are looking at her, so

she performs or she stares back intensely. #ThirstyHungry&DesperateEndsNow

*You must discern. This extremely critical verse is not speaking of a literal rod. In this day

and time, you cannot spank your child. Therefore, using a literal rod is not something you can

do. When you take it as a literal, you make the scripture inapplicable and outdated. We

definitely don’t want to be reading about you on social media. So pray for an understanding.

Pro 23:15 My son, if thine heart be wise, my heart shall rejoice, even mine. You are a

blessing to your overseers when you incorporate the application of the Word into your life. All

the teachings and counseling sessions are not null & void.

Hint: Heart in this scripture is talking about your wisdom, mind, decision making, feelings,

will & intellect.

Pro 23:16 Yea, my reins shall rejoice, when thy lips speak right things. Shlomo (Solomon)

said that even when you filter his joy, it will still be joy. Hebrew for reigns is ליה kilyah. It כ

means kidneys. The kidneys are a filter.

*He said I rejoy or rejoice purely from my spirit when the right thing is spoken.

Pro 23:17 Let not thine heart envy sinners: but be thou in the fear of the LORD all the day

long. Don’t you dare get disappointed because it seems like the sinner is on top or that they are

getting away with shady behavior. You let Elohim (G-d) handle them. If you don’t, you will

just become more and more frustrated.

So many therapists are operating under the ideal that one should recall his past pains, sins and

woes as well as pulling out and sorting through the former abuses. Talk it out and hash it. Go

on and address the abuser.

Let me ask you what you do when you find out someone really does not love you like you

thought; or that they mean you some sort of emotional, physical or psychological harm. Do you

Page 8: 2Ti 1:3 I thank God, whom I serve from my forefathers with ... · 2Ti 1:9 Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own

hang around? No, you get going. Retreat is the human reaction. And that is what a sane person

will do most of the time. When I say sane, I mean someone who has thought things through or

has the ability to rationalize clearly in their decision making and next move.

Why is it that the bible says he changes our language and what is coming from our mouth?

He renews us and forgives our sins. This means that what we did in the past is forgiven. *ONCE

WE REPENT.

The Father does not hold on to our drama of the past. We get a new slate. Look at the children

of Israel and how they continue to mess up but when they repent, the heart of Elohim is touched

on their behalf.

Do not get me wrong, I don’t mean entertain abuse in any form. I mean, once you are free, do

not go back to reliving pain so that the world can make money off your history. You put your

pain and brokenness in the heart and hands of the Father, and he will address it. You hold on

to your pain willingly, HE will not fight you for the reigns. The Father is going to be a total

gentleman about it. YOU let Him have it and He will handle it for you.

Psa 103:5 Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the

eagle's.

Psa 103:6 The LORD executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.

Psa 103:7 He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.

Psa 103:8 The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.

Psa 103:9 He will not always chide: neither will he keep his anger for ever.

Psa 103:10 He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our

iniquities.

Psa 103:11 For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them

that fear him.

Psa 103:12 As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions

from us.

This go to the psycho analyst type of thinking has infiltrated believers. If you feel that you need

to talk to someone about it, you may need to set up a meeting with your spiritual leader who

prays for you and petition the Father for you daily. I am talking to your spirit man right now.

For the one who is not there spiritually yet, you do what you need to do to get better.

However, this is for those who have transitioned to a more spiritual place and is wanting mental

and emotional exoneration from their former hurt and pain.

The Apostle Sha’ul (Paul) however, said to focus only on what is right and true about who

Elohim is, and what He can do to bring you out and to bring you through. It has already been

done through the blood of Yshua on Calvary’s cross. It has already been done through the

resurrection of Yshua from the dead with all power over brokenness, abuse, affliction, sickness

and disease.

To avoid the daily slump of past and present hurt,

think on what was done on the cross for your sins.

Eph 5:9 (For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;)

Eph 5:10 Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord.

Eph 5:11 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather

reprove them.

Eph 5:12 For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret.

Eph 5:13 But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever

doth make manifest is light.

Eph 5:14 Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and

Christ shall give thee light.

Eph 5:15 See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,

Eph 5:16 Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.

Eph 5:17 Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is.

What’s Going on Up There (In Your Head)?

Let’s start out by taking a look at what the Word has to say about our thought patterns before

becoming a believer, at the onset of our faith and walk as a believer, and after we have been

born again and walk in the newness of life.

Sha’ul (Paul) describes those who have not surrendered their lives to Yshua, and he wrote:

Rom 1:27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their

lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in

themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.

Rom 1:28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them

over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

Rom 1:29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness,

maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,

Rom 1:30 Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things,

disobedient to parents,

Rom 1:31 Without understanding, covenant breakers, without natural affection,

implacable, unmerciful:

Rom 1:32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are

worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

Once our minds were unethical. Even worse, our minds were also blind, for “the god of this

world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving” HaSatan (the devil) has the mind of the believer

to trust in a man than to trust in the L-rd. When one has been beat up so many times, they either

come out in windmill motion or they tuck their tail and take the beating.

I don’t believe I am speaking to weak women. If you were weak, that is no longer on your

resume. You are strong in the L-rd and in the power of His might. You have victoriously

overcome.

2Co 4:1 Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not;

2Co 4:2 But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor

handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending

ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God.

2Co 4:3 But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:

2Co 4:4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not,

Page 11: 2Ti 1:3 I thank God, whom I serve from my forefathers with ... · 2Ti 1:9 Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own

ELDER TUANJA – ASSOCIATE PASTOR

lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto

them.

2Co 4:5 For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your

servants for Jesus' sake.

2Co 4:6 For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our

hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

As a result, our minds were engaged in fruitless thoughts. Since the mind of the lost is corrupt,

it doesn’t choose what is good; since it is spiritually blind, it doesn’t know what is good; since

its thoughts are fruitless, it doesn’t perform what is good; and since it is ignorant, it doesn’t

even know what evil it is doing. What a terrible train of thought. Undo your mindset.

Eph 4:17 This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other

Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind,

Eph 4:18 Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God

through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart:

Eph 4:19 Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work

all uncleanness with greediness.

Eph 4:20 But ye have not so learned Christ;

Eph 4:21 If so be that ye have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in

Jesus:

Eph 4:22 That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is

corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;

Eph 4:23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;

Eph 4:24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and

true holiness.

Eph 4:25 Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we

are members one of another.

Eph 4:26 Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:

Eph 4:27 Neither give place to the devil.

Eph 4:28 Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his

hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth.

Eph 4:29 Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is

good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.

Eph 4:30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of

redemption.

Eph 4:31 Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put

away from you, with all malice:

Page 12: 2Ti 1:3 I thank God, whom I serve from my forefathers with ... · 2Ti 1:9 Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own

Eph 4:32 And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as

God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.

I really tried to stop at v.18 but I could not just bypass the obvious elephant in the room. I

highlighted the specifics of what the Word is outlining for us as believers. Don’t walk in the

vanity of your mind, get rid of your old conversation as before you became a believer, be renewed

in your mind before you buy some new church clothes and shoes.

Change intrinsically first. Stop saying you have changed; and just live as a changed person. It’s

okay to get upset but don’t sin by holding on to that anger. Change how you say what you say

since you are now a believer. Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of El by walking opposite of your

faith. Let go of the spirit of mara or bitterness. When you can forgive, you can move forward

and let go.

The ability to think clearly and correctly is an absolute blessing from the Father. The Word is

that good news which is that “power of El unto salvation,” The Word is used to illuminate our

minds as a believer. In fact, Sha’ul (Paul) said that faith comes by hearing about Yshua.

Rom 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto

salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

Rom 1:17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written,

The just shall live by faith.

Salvation begins in the mind as we come to realize the seriousness of making bad decisions and

Yshua forgiving us over and over again, This doesn’t mean we should keep messing up.

Yshua said, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and

with all your strength, and with all your mind” Salvation requires you to make an intelligent

response to trust in the revelation of the truth of Adoneinu (our L-rd, our Master, Our Teacher,

Our Rabbi).

Luk 10:25 And, behold, a certain lawyer stood up, and tempted him, saying, Master, what

shall I do to inherit eternal life?

Luk 10:26 He said unto him, What is written in the law? how readest thou?
