Tim and Mike go to St. Killians School and they both play rugby. Sue goes to Muckross School and she is on the basketball team. The band always practises at the weekend. They usually play at Sues house. Sues father plays the guitar and he sometimes practises with them. Teen Rock always plays at their school parties and everyone loves their music.     The Central Library

    Everyone knows the Central Library on the corner of Saint Peters Square in Manchester, England. It is a meeting place for people of all ages and all the services there are free. The library has got many books on every subject, from history to cooking. There are many DVDs, CDs and newspapers, too. The library has got 40 computers and even the Internet is free. There is a caf in front of the main entrance and every day it serves hot and cold drinks, sandwiches and cakes.

    I love going to the Central Library. Im at the library at least twice a week. I sometimes listen to CDs and I often meet my friends at the library because its a good place to study for exams.

    Big Dance

    Big Dance is a British celebration. It is a week of fun and unusual dance activities and it takes place once a year. The Arts Council England started the celebration in 2006. Now, thousands of people all over the country take part in this celebration.

    The activities take place in schools, sports centres, arts centres, parks, museums, theatres and shopping centres all over Britain. The Arts Council thinks that dancing is important for peoples health. This aerobic activity helps to keep peoples hearts and lungs healthy. It makes their muscles stronger, too.     Big Dance shows how popular and fun dancing can be and it introduces people to different types of music. Now, more British people than ever enjoy dancing.
