Positive Behavioral Interventions and SupportsWhat is PBIS? A multi-tiered framework for establishing the social culture and behavioral supports needed for a school to achieve positive behavioral and academic outcomes for all students. (invest in prevention first)

3 School Rules: Be Respectful, Be Responsible, Be Safe (consistent language, expectations, and consequences school wide)

Positive Behavior Reinforcing Tools:

Lancer Likes: NCR form - one copy comes home, one goes into the bins for the weekly drawing and the school wide goal (a secret celebration)

Thumbs Up Stickers: From peace and kindness ambassadors catching students demonstrating the school rules (especially being respectful) at recess
