Researchers are of the view that the concept of AI would be a hard reality by revealing that most companies today are dwelling upon how the implications of the amalgamation of AI with HR is going to impact the day-to-day responsibilities of HR as a whole.

It must be borne in minds that AI is not here to steal jobs of HR department – instead the development of AI would be with an aim to extend the existing capabilities of human beings.

AI would in simple terms help get the best from HR by saving precious time of all employees, reduce mediocre and mundane tasks which in turn will help save human energy and effort. This time and energy saved can be utilized to handle the strategic and value - added tasks more efficiently.
