THECOMPANY
Ekam Learning Solutions is an organizational develop-
ment company based in Ghana and focused on profes-
sional development for employees and change manage-
ment for organizations.
We support our clients in conducting needs analysis in
their organizations and implementing change to steer them
to perform optimally. We also conduct assessment centers
and recruit for organizations; as well as offer learning gap
analysis for employees in relation to their organizational
goals.
At Ekam, we are aware of the challenges that businesses
face in achieving set objectives. General lack of basic ana-
lytical and critical thinking skills are necessary for compa-
ny growth and even with this, there are often painful yet
necessary changes that have to be implemented for firms
to operate at optimum.
We are what we doThe development of talent and growth of firms is why we
exist as Ekam. We strive to make the world a better place
by investing in the most valuable and expensive asset of
the company, ‘Human Resource’. Where other people don’t
see dysfunctions, we see them as gaps and deliver the most

EBENEZER AMANKWAH-MINKAH
Principal Consultant
Ebenezer holds a degree in Economics from the University of Ghana, Post Graduate in
Management Studies from London College of Management Studies, UK, Master in Business
Administration from Anglia Ruskin University and Masters of Arts in Economic Policy Man-
agement.
He has professional membership with the Association of Talent Development, USA and
Ghana Stock Exchange. Currently a member of Learning Function of GCB Bank but prior to
that the Head, Learning and Development at UT Bank. He also served as learning and devel-
opment manager in charge of Technical competencies in the same bank. Ebenezer has also
been the officer in charge of Research, Training and Marketing for the Chartered Institute of
Bankers, Ghana.
Ebenezer is a Principal Consultant at EKAM Learning Solutions an Organizational Develop-
ment company based in Ghana. He is also a board member of Self Search Ghana Limited.
Ebenezer is an astute public speaker with various speaking engagements across the country
in areas of Career Development, Organizational Change Management, Professionalism and
Ethics, leveraging human capital to gain competitive advantage among other professional
development thematic areas.

KWAKU ASARE-BEDIAKO
Organiational Development Consultant
Kwaku Asare-Bediako is a practicing Learning & Development Professional with over a
decade of working experience across the business landscape of Ghana and beyond. He has
interests in the areas of consulting, coaching, facilitating varied learning interventions and a
keen interest to explore learning and its practical application on the job.
He played a pivotal role in the establishment of a Corporate Academy in UT Bank Limited as
a Specialist in L&D. He subsequently worked as a member of the sub-committee of the HR
Integration Committee to design an Induction Programme, Project Blueprint and a detailed
Proposal for Management in conjunction with representatives of Ernst & Young, GCB Bank
and UT Banks post-takeover.
In the early stages of his career, Kwaku worked as a member of the Advisory Wing of KPMG
handling complex projects and assignments on Executive Search & Selection, General Re-
cruitment Services, Compensation and Benefits, Staff Rationalization Exercises, Strategic HR
Consulting and Financial Advisory Training.
He is a competent Human Resource Development Specialist with strong knowledge and
experience in the following areas:

Kwaku is an Associate Member of the Institute of Human Resource Management Practi-

an Affiliate Member of CIPD UK, and a Certified Facilitator/Trainer with over ten years (10)
years’ experience in Business and Financial Services as well as in Leadership Development.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central University and an
added Certificate in Network Administration from NIIT.
He has facilitated various learning programmes on Personal Effectiveness, Leadership and
Team Development, Sales, Effective Communication, Change Management, Customer Ser-
vice Excellence, Project Management Fundamentals and Microsoft Office Suite.
Among other interests in social Causes, Kwaku spends his leisure engaging with other
professionals in Communities of practice such as Learning & Development Professionals,
Organizational Development, Learning & Training and How-To-Moodle Network.
Previously, Kwaku explored his wits and skills in the Financial Services Industry in the specif-
ic areas of Debt Recovery, Credit, Sales, Portfolio and Relationship Management.

EMMANUEL OBENG DOMPREH
Emmanuel is a results oriented individual with over 5years progressive experience in learn-
ing & Development, overseeing complex projects from conceptualization to deployment. He
is an expert in learning technologies and is passionate about implementing dynamic and
innovative learning solutions customized to meet stakeholder needs.
He is able to develop tailor-made interventions addressing prevailing needs of organizations
and its people; and is committed to assisting individuals and their organizations to develop
and sustain a learning culture that translates into personal and business success.
Emmanuel in the past couple of years has been critically involved in a number of successful
projects and has demonstrated leadership expertise in E-Learning Instructional Design,
Development & Implementation; Learning Management Systems Deployment & Adminis-
tration and Learning Evaluations across multiple organizations. He has worked with clients
to improve business performance through the use of learning technology and has extensive
experience in consulting, Project Management and Instructional Design.
Emmanuel holds a degree in Business Administration and is currently pursuing a Post Grad-
uate Leadership Programme from the University of Professional Studies. He is a member of
the Association of Talent Development, USA and has certifications in E-Learning Instruction-
