NGO – MANY PROBLEMS ONE SOLUTIONMEMBERS Panel of IAS officers, IPS officers, Doctors, Engineers, Teachers, Forest
officers having worked or working in remote villages
Poltical leaders (valueing society before party)
Educated youth of the state- passouts from reputed colleges of INDIA
Experienced people of the state who want to bring a change
WORKING- AWARENESS & EDUCATION
Regular meeting with the villagers
Attract more people in the name of cultural programs, religious gatherings or talks about kitchen or agricultural fields
Have a discussion session where all share problems and experiences
More interaction of villagers with the professionals would make them aware of education, politics and health issues
The NGO members would gather information about the important issues concerning them and take it up to the panel
The meetings would help the villagers(undecucated) be aware of issues
Meetings upto 4 times a month and atleast 1 depending on schedule of people
WORKING-AWARENESS & EDUCATION
The passouts or students of the state of the various reputed colleges would be contacted through NGO with the help of school authorities
During their visits to their home, they would be asked to meet their alma mater atleast once and talk to some classes of their school
An INFORMAL talk wherein they would share their experiences of college life, importance of being in such a college
They would direct the students on how to prepare well for these
Engage people speaking tribal language to teach in primary schools in villages
Inshort – ENCOURAGE STUDENTS-to prepare for national level tests and make them competitive….
WORKING- POLITICAL
Political biases would be treated through the meeting gradually by influencing thoughts of the uneducated people
Ability to judge working of govt. will be improved when people will interact more with people who have experienced the effect of policies in their tenure in their professions
Healthy discussions would be done on a regular basis to help people know what are their rights
WORKING- POLITICAL
Create a new system of voting
IPS officers, IAS officers, Poltical leaders, Police officers to ensure cases get solved and people get punished
Incentives for police solving cases
Change in voting system and in poling booths by creating pressure on govt.
Higher security checks in the borders to stop the illegal practices by criminals at the border
WORKING-COMMUNICATION
Pressurize govt. To give away land to central govt for free to create new roads
Proper planning and discussion with govt. and encourage new safer roads
Give incentives to students going for exams in other states…by air
Incentives to private coaching institutes if setting up institutes in state
Organise important sport matches or professional shows in more numbers which would emphasize govt. in improving roads and railways as more people would be interested in travelling to state
Emphasize govt. to develop tourism so that communication system also develops
