The Landings Eagle monthly newspaper has been serving this community for over 25 years. In season 1,100 copies are mailed toresidents / renters. The count drops to approximately 850 homes after season. Two mailing routes are used to distribute the paper.These routes include The Landings and a portion of the Oyster Bay neighborhood.

On average, 14,500 papers are distributed each month with a total mailing count of 7,859 homes for our Siesta Sand. The mailed coverage area includes 13 postal routes on the island and 6 postal routes o�-island from Bay Road south to Bispham Road and from the Tamiami Trail to the water. • We blanket the island with 13 postal routes • Papers are also condo dropped, available in newsstands, and racked in high tra�c areas with over 200 pick-up points on and around the island. • Papers are replenished 2-3 times per week as needed in our high tra�c spots. • Papers are mailed to 6 routes o� island. • Siesta Sand is currently published on a monthly basis. • Inserts are accepted with a rate of $45 per thousand for mailed and bulk dropped at condos, businesses, and newsstands. A rate of $55 per thousand is charged for mailed copies only. • Classi�ed Listings are available and costs $6 for the �rst 15 words with an additional 10 cents per word thereafter.
