Please refer to drawing A00 attached. 2. This survey includes contours @ 0.5m intervals. Please note that excavations will not exceed 500mm. 3. The survey notes the extent and species of vegetation. The predominant vegetation in the "defendable zone" is coastal tea-tree (leptospermum laevigatum). The defendable space is shown on the drawings and will be modified and maintained in accordance with Clause 52.47-3 Table 1 and Clause 52.48-5 to an inner zone standard. 4. We request that the 8m setback be permitted, noting that only the corner of the house projects into the setback zone (approx. 1 8m2). The majority of the house is beyond the 12m setback. Please note on the survey that the contours fall from the east side of the house, meaning that construction would be more difficult if the house was to move further away from the street. We also note that this part of the house is single storey. 5. It is proposed to abandon the existing point of entry. The new driveway will require the removal of approximately 6m of tea-tree. 6. Vegetation is not proposed for removal on the road frontage (apart for the driveway) Refer to the Survey and Site Plan. 7. The septic system and effluent field are both existing and are proposed to be used for the new house. 8. Water tanks, driveways etc are shown on the Site Plan 9.
