    C. The switchgear assembl shall consist o# one or more vertical sections% each o# which shallhave a main bus com"artment and two verticall stacked e!ui"ment cells. The cells shall bearranged #or circuit breakers or auxiliar devices or shall be blank as indicated in the detaileds"eci#ication. Each vertical section shall be "rovided with a low voltage devices com"artmentlocated between the u""er and lower cells at the #ront o# the e!ui"ment.
