Dear EYP Alumni,

The 25th

National Selection Conference of EYP Greece will be held between the 7th

and the 9th

of April,

2012. Around 100 Delegates from the whole of Attica will come together at the American College of Greece –

Deree and the Eugenides Foundation to experience EYP and take part in a three-day programme.

To help us make this event unforgettable for everyone involved, we are now delighted to launch an open call

for Officials. We are looking for international and Greek Vice-presidents, Chairpersons, Editors,

Editorial Assistants, Video Editors, and Journalists.

The participation fee for international Officials is set at €10 and the travel costs to and from the session must

be covered by the participants. Also, please note that all Officials will be asked to arrive by the morning of

Friday, April 6th

to take part in the Officials’ Training.

All those who are available and interested should fill out the online application form to apply as a

Chairperson/Vice-President, Editor or Journalist until 23:59 CET on Wednesday, March 14th

. Late

applications will not be accepted. The selection will begin once the deadline is over and, as soon as it has been

completed, all applicants will be individually informed of the outcome of their applications.

The Selection Panel for Vice-presidents, Chairpersons and Editors will be made up of the President of the

Session (Mr Tiago Correia Machado), the Head Organisers of the Session (Ms Gio Panagiotaropoulou and

Mr Dimitris Zacharias) and the Vice-President of the Board of EYP Greece (Ms Stella Merti). The Selection

Panel for Journalists will consist of the Editors of the Session (to be selected), the Head Organisers of the

Session (Ms Gio Panagiotaropoulou and Mr Dimitris Zacharias) and a Member of the Board of EYP Greece

(Ms Lavrentia Christodoulou).
