Accommodation will be available in the hotel for those who wish to stay overnight. Most rooms are twin/double; the option to share offers a significant reduction in cost. Preferential rates are also available for the nights either side of the meeting on request. Please note: “Early bird” registration for meeting and accommodation closes on Friday 4th December 2015. After this date places cannot be guaranteed and a late registration fee of £40 will be payable. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Scottish Intensive Care Society’. If your hospital is directly paying your delegate fee, you are responsible for ensuring prompt payment. You must send us a completed registration form as well as arranging payment. Places will be confirmed on receipt of payment. SICS membership – Associate £15, Medical £30 per annum (see website for application and benefits) Refunds for cancellations after the closing date are at the discretion of the SICS and will be subject to a deduction.
