25th Annual Scientific Meeting SICS AGM, Annual Dinner & Ceilidh
Thursday 21st & Friday 22nd January 2016
Old Course Hotel, St Andrews
This meeting is open to all health care professionals working in critical care. Accommodation will be available in the hotel for those who wish to stay overnight. Most rooms are twin/double; the option to share offers a significant reduction in cost. Preferential rates are also available for the nights either side of the meeting on request.
Please note:
• “Early bird” registration for meeting and accommodation closes on Friday 4th December 2015. After this date places cannot be guaranteed and a late registration fee of £40 will be payable.
• Cheques should be made payable to ‘Scottish Intensive Care Society’.
• If your hospital is directly paying your delegate fee, you are responsible for ensuring prompt payment. You must send us a completed registration form as well as arranging payment.
• Places will be confirmed on receipt of payment.
SICS membership – Associate £15, Medical £30 per annum (see website for application and benefits)
Refunds for cancellations after the closing date are at the discretion of the SICS and will be subject to a deduction.

SICS Scientific Meeting Posters & Free Papers
Abstracts of audits and research are welcomed. These will be judged for acceptance for the meeting and some will be selected for oral presentation. There are prizes for the best oral and poster presentations. Abstracts of the winning presentations will be published in the Journal of the Intensive Care Society.

The closing date is 5pm on Friday 2nd October 2015. Late entries will not be accepted.
