President Message

Dear friends and colleagues,Autumn - or in fact the spring for mystics - always calls to mind the annual Orthopedics Association Congress. In light of scientific programs presented in this congress, the presence of visiting colleagues and friends together with a recollection of old memories of friendship and empathy, and finally unity and a firm determination to promote the country’s scientific capabilities and offering honest services to our dear compatriots are other blessings brought about by this congress.It is obvious that active participation in the congress and benefiting from the scientific programs along with visiting friends and colleagues gives us extra energy for the upcoming working year.Preserving and safeguarding the inalienable rights of the society of medical doctors along with the society of orthopedics will be possible just and only through unity and empathy and presence on different scenes and offering our people with honest academic services.Very rich and various scientific programs will be held this year thanks to the all-out cooperation shown by my dear colleagues in the board of directors of the association, the diligent and honest executive personnel of the association and especially thanks to the efforts and persistence offered by Dr. Sohrab Keyhani, the esteemed director of the congress.We hope that the program be enriched due to your impressive presence and that we would witness a successful congress given your cooperation.Dr Mohammad RaziThe Chief of the Orthopedic Surgeons Association

Dear colleagues and professors,Greetings and regardsIran’s Orthopedic Surgeons Association is honored to hold the 25th annual Orthopedic Congress with the assistance of the country’s professors of orthopedics and other foreign professors in a bid to bring together friends and colleagues and pave the way for exchanging ideas on the latest issues in orthopedics.For the further knowledge of most of the colleagues in the congress, we have devoted a section of the congress to the issue of Relive Surgery. In addition, we will present the top ten articles in the congress at the best time and best place after a precise review in order to place a higher value on research. We will provide appropriate date and place for the remaining articles and posters.One of the new points about the congress would be a special one-day educational program and the residents’ Olympiad alongside the congress and we will announce the top people in the course as part of effort to boost the residents’ motivation for taking part in the promotion and board exam.We hope that by regular annual congress, the Orthopedics Association will be able to bring about national unity and friendship among the country’s orthopedic surgeons in all specialist areas.
