#1 - How does it work?

Imagine writing a timesheet on a regular piece of paper, but when you’re done, the timesheet automatically fly out of your hands and back to the office.

Step 1: The employee use the app to fillout a timesheet when a job is done or atthe end of the day.

Step 2: The timesheet is automaticallyuploaded to your company accountin the “cloud”.

Step 3: The administrators log in to24onoff.co.uk where they can sort, filter and download timesheet reports.

#2 - How to get started

As the administrator there are just three steps necessary to get your 24onoff account up and running.

Let’s go through them one by one:

Step 1 - Create company accountJust enter your email in the sign-up fieldat 24onoff.co.uk to create your accountand start your free trial.

Step 2 - Add employeesAdd your employees so they can log inand deliver their timesheets via a pc orthe 24onoff app on mobile and tablets.

Step 3 - Add clients and/or projectsGive your employees some clients and/or projects to select when they log their hours, if needed.

#3 - How to use the app

The 24onoff app for iOS and Android let your employees log and view timesheets, and upload pictures on projects to keep track of progress.

Step 3 - Start loggingEither use the stopwatch to make the appremember and auto-fill your start- and stoptime, or do it manually when the job is done.It’s up to you!

Step 1 - Install the 24onoff appOpen Google Play or AppStore on your mobile and search for 24onoff.

Step 2 - Log inOpen the app and enter your email addressand password to log in. Your password was sent to your email when you where addedto the company account.

#4 - Exporting timesheets

Getting your timesheets automatically uploaded to the “cloud” is one thing, but how do you view, sort and download these timesheets when it’s time to do some billing or pay salaries to your employees?

Step 3 - Download reportPress the blue button in the top rightcorner to choose filetype, how entries should be grouped, and hide unnecessary columns.

Step 2 - Filter and sort timesheetsUse the toolbar at the top of the page tochange the period and filter by employee,client and/or project.
