Summer EmploymentOver the summer, members complete an important job for their assigned business unit. At the end of the summer, members will participate in professional development and present their ideas and results to leadership, followed by a graduation ceremony in which everyone celebrates the achievement.

Full-Time RotationIDEX’s 2½ year rotational platform allows members to experience intense professional growth and establish meaningful relationships. During the 2½ years, you’ll rotate through 2 business units (each one being a one year immersion experience) and have the option of a 6 month exploratory job.
