PROFILE MIGRATION

The newly enhanced Online Ordering website requires all users to migrate their user name (example P12345 or JSMITH) to an email format (example [email protected]).
This guide will provide step by step instructions on how to successfully migrate your current profile and access.
A | Visit curascriptsd.com, enter your current user name (example P12345 or JSMITH) and password,then click Login.
Step 1:

B | If returning to the CuraScript SD Online Order platform via saved bookmarks and/or favorites, the curascriptsd.com page will be bypassed directly to the login screen. Enter your current user name (example P12345 or JSMITH) and password, then click Login.
Enter your email address that you will be using as your profile name, then click Continue.

If the email address entered is available, you will be prompted to enter your First and Last Name, then clickon Create Profile.

Once completed, an email verification will be sent to the email address entered. Check your email for the verification request. The email will contain your confirmation code and link that will allow you to complete your enrollment (confirmation codes expire after 24 hours).
Click on the Link; you will then be prompted to enter your credentials which include your email address, code and password.

Confirm your email by clicking on the Enrollment Confirmation link. Enter your email address, code, password, then click on Next.

Password Requirements
• Passwords must be at least eight characters• Passwords must not be based on easily obtainable and/or guessable information (ex. date of birth)• The following three items must be met: • Passwords must contain at least one upper and lower case character • Passwords must contain at least one number • Passwords must contain at least one special character• Passwords shall be prohibited from reuse for at least seven generations• Passwords must be changed annually for external users
You will be prompted to select and answer four security questions. The security questions will be used to determine your identity and will be required for password resets and changes. Utilize the drop down menu to select a question and enter your answer in the answer field. Once all four security questions have been selected and answered, click on Confirm.

Once completed, the User Enrollment Confirmation screen will be displayed; click on the Login hyperlink to log in to Online Ordering Platform.
MULTIPLE EMAILSFor customers with multiple email addresses associated with a User Profile, status will be provided for completed and in process profile migrations. If your email address is listed, please take the needed action or enter a new email address to initiate the migration process.
