Catholic Women’s League - CWL's fall general meeting Mon 16 Sept at 7pm in the Parish Centre. Ladies of the parish are invited to join us. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Are you or someone you love, sick in hospital? Did you know that the Provincial Government’s privacy law may not be readily available to Catholic priests, deacons and lay ministers. Therefore, you must tell the admission staff that you want to be on the Catholic list. Brampton Civic Hospital has a Chaplain who is a Catholic priest. If you know ahead of time that you will be admitted into hospital, you may request to have the Sacrament of the Sick administered to you at your parish or at home before admission into hospital. Contact the church office for more info. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

MASS FOR THE ANOINTING OF THE SICK Sunday 17th Nov. 2pm God’s grace brings peace and courage. Jesus touches the whole person, to strengthen us in body, mind and spirit. In this sacrament, you will meet Jesus who heals and consoles us by giving us the Holy Spirit. ** THIS IS A REGULAR SUNDAY MASS** Join us for refreshments after the Mass. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

BIRTHRIGHT BABY BOTTLES - Just a gentle reminder that if you haven’t already returned your baby bottle, please bring it to the church office as soon as possible. Thank you very much to everyone who has already donated. Your contributions go far in helping to assist our moms and their babies. God bless all of you. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

PAG: Pre-Authorized Giving (direct debit) Here at St. Anthony’s, it’s easy to contribute to your parish community. Instead of using weekly envelopes, you may prefer to complete a direct debit (green) form which will automatically withdraw any amount you choose from your bank account on a monthly basis. This would eliminate the need to remember to bring an envelope and would ensure your support when you are away from home. Please speak with office staff for more info. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

International Cultural Day… a great big shout out and Thank You to everyone who came out to this amazing multi-cultural event. The turnout was more than expected and the heavy rain held off. Most special thanks to all the many volunteers who spent countless hours to organize pavilions and coordinate food and décor. Also, the winner of the 50/50 draw is Alison Rodrigues who won $72.00. The other $72.00 will be donated to the Well of Jesus. Thank you everyone from the bottom of our hearts! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
