Participants will understand how to design and facilitate collaboration that enables accelerated decision making.

# How to facilitate effective meetings Participants understand how to apply a simple 4-step process to facilitate effective meetings. These meeting management tools will be trained throughout the course in role plays.

# Introduction to sponsor engagement Participants will understand and learn the process for sponsor engagement in order to design and prepare for a workshop.

# How to design advanced workshops Participants will learn how to design an advanced workshop via – Scan, Focus, Act – which are the three core phases a successful workshop goes through.

# How to analyse your workshop scope Participants will understand how to analyse “as is”, generate a hypothesis, identify root causes and organise them into a fish bone diagnostic.

# How to gather data to support decision making in a workshop

Participants will learn how to identify many methods of gathering data and have an approach for using them.

# How to co-design a workshop with your sponsor group

Participant will learn how to actively engage the sponsor group in co-designing an advanced workshop.

You will acquire tools and techniques to collaborate and balance task, people and change# How to build a bigger picture from group inputs

Participants will experience how to future pace a group and then synthesis the essential output.

# How to facilitate idea generation collaboratively

Participants will learn and experience how to facilitate idea generation.

# How to solve problems collaboratively Participants will learn and experience how to solve problems in collaboration within a group.

# How to secure useful output from a group Participants will understand and learn how to build-a-there “to be” using transformation map when planning a larger project.

# How to organize decision making within a group
