Instructions how to type in the data

1) Page 1: ONLY change cells that are COLOURED GREEN2) Page 1: Type in the date of testing (CELL: D7)

3) Page 1: Type in the names of your players, please use number 1-4 for goalies, 5-12 for defenders, 13-22 for midfielder and 23-30 for strikers. In order to compare your players you MUST keep that numbering

12) Page 1: Typos: Any typos will light up with a yellow background and it indicates that there is "something wrong" with the number in that particular cell. We have set the "threshold" for a 20-meter sprint for 7 seconds, 10-meter to 4 seconds and 5-meter to 3 seconds. Most of the times the decimal places will be missplaced. For example a 20-meter sprint time is 5.48, however you have typed in 54.8, therefore the cell will have a yellow background

1) General comment: There is no need to type in or change "anything" on the pages in this category (Results & Team analysis).

2) Page 1: The data in this sheet are sorted for each position - meaning the fastest goalie over 20 meters is listed first (line 10), the slowest goalie is listed last (line 13). The same for defenders, midfielders and strikers in their respective lines. If a player is above the position benchmark for 20 meter and a certain distance, the specific cell and his name will be highlighted yellow. The graph underneath is a visualization of the data and therefore sorted in the same way. Obviously you can personalize (add your club/team name or add a logo) this side in order to print and hand it out.

3) Page 4: The data on this page displays the average value over all players in each position, meaning all goalies' sprint performances (over distances up to 20 meters) are averaved in cells N10 - N12. Consecutively, the same average values over all distances are displayed for defenders (N15 - N20), midfielders (N23 - N28), and strikers (N31 - N36). The team average and benchmark are listed in the two red boxes right to the "average for positions". The top box to the right of the "position ones" displays the team average over all distances (cell R10 - R15). The (second) box below shows the final benchmark over all distances (cell S18 - S23). The graph on the bottom of this page is a visualization of the data displayed in the tables. Obviously you can personalize (add your club/team name or add a logo) this side in order to print and hand it out.

4) Page 9: The graphs show the players that are over the benchmark (horizontal red line) set on page 5. If a player's sprint performance (over a specific distance) is slower than the team benchmark, his/her bar graph will be shown higher than the red benchmark line.

5) Page 2: The data are sorted "fastest to slowest player" in your team. Obviously the fastest player will be displayed as the first player (cell C65), while the slowest player will displayed last (C94).

6) Page 6: The graphs show the players that are over the benchmark (horizontal red line) set on page 5. If a player's sprint performance (over a specific distance) is slower than the team benchmark, his/her bar graph will be shown higher than the red benchmark line.

7) Page 10: The data displayed on this sheet do not have any importance to coaches and are only really needed to create the graphs.
