Dr Dennis Tarnow Dennis P. Tarnow is currently Clinical Professor of Periodontology and Director of Implant Education at Columbia School of Dental Medicine. He is the former Professor and Chairman of the Department of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry at New York University College of Dentistry. Dr. Tarnow has a certificate in Periodontics and Prosthodontics and is a Diplomat of the American Board of Periodontology. He is a recipient of the Master Clinician Award from the American Academy of Periodontology, Teacher of the Year Award from New York University and Distinguished Lecturer Award from the American College of Prosthodontists in 2015. Dr. Tarnow has a private practice in New York City, and has been honored with a wing named after him at New York University College of Dentistry. He has published over 200 articles on perio-prosthodontics and implant dentistry and has coauthored four textbooks including one with Dr. Stephen J. Chu titled ‘The Single Tooth Implant.’ Dr. Tarnow has lectured extensively in the United States and internationally in over forty-five countries.

Dr. Anastasia Kelekis-CholakisDr. Anastasia Kelekis-Cholakis obtained her BA in 1988 and her DMD and Diploma in Periodontics from the University of Manitoba in 1992 and 1998. She was the founder of Southwest Specialty Group and has practiced periodontics for the last 23 years. Dr. Kelekis-Cholakis was the Division Head of Periodontics and the Director of the Graduate Periodontal Program at the University of Manitoba from 2011-2019. She was appointed as the Dean of the Dr. Gerald Niznick College of Dentistry in 2019.

Dr. Patricia LingDr. Ling received her BSc and DDS degrees from the University of Toronto and later her MSc degree from University of Manitoba, Faculty of Medicine. Dr. Ling practiced clinical dentistry for 40 years in Ontario and Manitoba. She also taught both full-time and part-time at the College of Dentistry for about 25 years. Most recently, Dr. Ling served as Deputy Registrar and then Registrar for the Manitoba Dental Association where she was responsible for licensing, corporations, peer review and where she served in an advisory capacity to the Manitoba Dental Association Board of Directors. Dr. Ling also served nationally on the Board of the Canadian Dental Regulatory Authority.

Dr. Trenna M. Reeve Dr. Reeve is currently an Assistant Professor at the University of Manitoba, College of Dentistry, Restorative Department where she is Head of the General Practice Division, Associate Dean Clinical and oversees the fourth-year clinical dentistry course. After retiring from the Canadian Armed Forces, she continues to serve with the Primary Reserves as an Advanced General Dental Officer with the 1 Canadian Field Hospital Detachment Ottawa and is currently the Forensic Odontology Advisor for the Canadian Forces Forensic Odontology Response Team.

Dr. Michelle JayDr. Michelle Jay received a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Microbiology, following which, she completed a Bache-lors of Science (Dent) in Public Health Dentistry and a DMD from the University of Manitoba in 2005. She worked as an associate dentist during her first 8 years of private practice until starting her group practice in 2014 which she has owned and operated as the Senior Dentist for the past 7 years. In addition to full time private practice, she was a part time instructor in dental courses such as Early Clinical Experience and Infection Control, and to-day continues as a Clinical Instructor in Clinical Endodontics into her 16th year at the Dr. Gerald Niznick College of Dentistry, University of Manitoba.

Dr. Domenico Ricucci, MD, DDS Dr. Domenico Ricucci received his degree in General Medicine from “La Sapienza” University of Rome in 1982, and his DDS from the same University in 1985. Since then on he has maintained private dental practices limited to endodontics. In addition to his private practice, Dr. Ricucci was Professor of Cariology at “Magna Graecia” University of Catanzaro, Italy in 2002 -2003. He servedin the Research Committee of the European Society of Endodontology from 1999 to 2005.

Dr. Ricucci’s primary research interest relates to pulpal and periapical tissue reactions to caries and treatment procedures, biofilms in endodontic infections, etiology of RTC treatment failure, pulp regeneration/revascularization. Since 1998 he has run his own histology laboratory and has developed considerable skills in hard tissue preparations for light microscopy.

Dr Ricucci has published 110 papers and has lectured both nationally and internationally. He has authored the Textbook and Atlas “Patologia e Clinica Endodontica”, the textbook and atlas “Endodontology. An integrated biological and clinical view”, also translated into Chinese, Russian, Japanese. He has also authored or co-authored 22 book chapters.

Dr. Tomas Linkevičius Tomas Linkevicius serves as Professor in Institute of Odontology, Vilnius University in Lithuania. Also he works as Visiting Professor in Ghent University, Belgium. He received a dental degree in Kaunas Medical University in 2000. In 2004 he completed the post- graduate studies in prosthodontics in Vilnius University. In 2009 he finished his PhD doctoral dissertation and defended it in Riga Stradins University in Latvia. Tomas Linkevicius is an author of many publications in international peer-reviewed journals and focuses his research on soft tissues and cementation of implant restorations.
