Credit card payments that are used within 30 days dating will be assesed a 2%processing fee. Credit card prepayments will not have an additional charge.All products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship fora period of six months. Superior dyes are used to match colors as closely aspossible, however, some variation due to dye lot variances may occur. Pleasefollow the care instructions sewn in each garment.Acceptance of order: All orders are subject to corporate approval concerningprice, style, color, quantities, artwork and delivery requirements. All customorders will be shipped plus or minus 10%.All returns require an RGA number provided by our customer service depart-ment and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All adjustments must be madewith 15 days following shipment. Lettered merchandise may not be returned.No returns will be accepted upon 30 days after shipment date.

Past due accounts are subject to late charges.

DIRECT UNION EMBROIDERY

• FRONT: Pricing is by quantity (see above chart).For designs over 5,000 stitches add an additional $0.80 per 1,000stitches per garment, per location.For orders of 12 to 23 units add an additional $7.00 per garment,per location.

• Delivery will be quoted on an order by order basis. Standard isapproximately 10 business days after tape approval.

• Thread changes and style changes are available in multiples of 12pieces with a 24 unit minimum order and same design.

• Second location orders allow additional 3 business days.• Preproduction samples are available for orders over 300 units atno charge. Orders under 300 units will be charged at 2 1/2 timeslist price.

EMBROIDERY LOGO DIGITIZING SET-UP FEES:• APPROVALSWATCHESSHIP INAPPROXIMATELY5 BUSINESSDAYS.• A $160.00 charge per design up to 4,000 stitches. For designsover 4,000 stitches, add an additional $40.00 per 1,000 stitches.

• For priority service of 2 business days, a $190.00 charge perdesign up to 4,000 stitches. For designs over 4,000 stitches add anadditional $40.00 per 1,000 stitches.

• For customer supplied tapes, there is a one-time $30 processingcharge which includes a sew-out.

• For design edits on existing tapes, a $100.00 edit fee will becharged.

• We do not edit customer supplied tapes.• Duplicate copies of existing tapes - $70.00.• DESIGN AREA: FRONTS - UP TO 4 1/2” IN WIDTH;

SCREEN PRINTWe no longer screenprint in-house. We will be happy torecommend someone that makes sense for you and your project.
