MPPA SALUTES COVID-19 HEROES WITH 7.5% SPECIAL DISCOUNT ANTICIPATING INDONESIA’S 75TH INDEPENDENCE DAY

During the national lockdown period in the past May 2020, MPPA already offered special discount to Covid Heroes. This current offer represents the second phase of special discount to Covid-19 Heroes with greater discount of 7,5% applicable to greater assortment of merchandises. The special discount will be valid starting July 18 until August 18, 2020. Certain term & condition:

merchandises; o Limitation of purchase value Rp 4 million per customer ID during the offering

period. Maximum 6 pieces per same item per day; o Valid for in-store purchases. Have to present photo ID Cards from respective

healthcare institutions or military/police task forces to cashiers for verification; o Valid for Chat & Shop online orders via whatsapp. Have to send photo ID Cards

from respective healthcare institutions or military/police task forces when completing the purchases for verification. Payment can be made with advanced payment for home delivery (maximum 10KM radius) or pay when receiving the products at designated parking areas using Park & Pickup feature.

Introducing BELLA (Personal Shopping Assistance to Chat & Shop) MPPA is proud to introduce BELLA (“Belanja Lewat WA”), which is a Personal Shopping Assistance with Single Whatsapp Number as the latest feature to strengthen MPPA’s popular online ordering Chat & Shop by whatsapp. BELLA can be accessed via whatsapp application at 0813 89000058. This will allow customers to remember only a single number for online ordering nationwide. Customers can initiate whatsapp conversation with BELLA to order online, where it will be directed to specific webpage where customers can easily browse the merchandise with complete information of products’ pricing and available in-stock position. Upon completion, BELLA will summarize the purchased items and send the information to both customers and associated stores (depending on delivery location) for further process. Customers will still be able to chat directly with stores’ whatsapp number for any additional products to order as well as payment & delivery process. BELLA is designed to complement Chat & Shop feature, which will allow more convenient and speedier online purchase experience for customers. However, customers can still opt for existing Chat & Shop online ordering procedure by starting whatsapp conversation directly to any stores.
