Bishop Harry L. Cohen is a na ve of Eden, North Carolina. He is a graduate of the Douglas High School, Eden, North Carolina and Winston Salem State University. He has further studied at Southeastern Bap st Theological Seminary, Wake Forest, NC and graduated from the Huston Graduate School of Theology with a MA in Theological Studies. He holds the Honorary Doctor of Divinity Degree from the United Chris an College at Goldsboro, North Carolina.
Bishop Cohen is married to the former Linda J. Broadnax of Eden, North Carolina and is the father of LeGrande, Harold, and Jeffrey. He is the proud grandfather of Harry, Aliyah, Charity, Trinity, Joshua, Faith and Serenity. Bishop Cohen entered the ministry of preaching in 1969. He has served as pastor of the New Covenant Holy Church of Burlington, NC, Inc. for the past 44 years and the St. Mariah Holy Church of Reidsville, NC for the past 23 years. His consecra on to the Bishopric in 1997 has increased his services to: Administra ve Assistant to the Southern District and Liaison Bishop of the Southern Western, Southern Central and Cape Fear Districts, Dean of the United Chris an College at Burlington Campus, Secretary of the General Board of Bishops of the UHCA, Inc. and Bishop of Music Department of the United Holy Church of America, Inc. In 2004, he was elected Vice President of the Southern District Convoca on. In May, 2016 he was elected Presiding Prelate of The United Holy Church of America, Inc.

Bishop Kenneth White Candidate for: Vice President
Kenneth White is a native of Trenton, NJ. Bishop White was nurtured and groomed in the United Holy Church and received his initial training at Greater Faith Tabernacle UHC in Bordentown, NJ. In 1975, Reverend White was united in matrimony to Margarita L. Borden. They have been blessed with three children, Kenneth Jason, LaTisha Marie, and Ashley Nicole. White was called to preach the gospel in 1972 and was ordained in 1983. Bishop White earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology
from Delaware State University, and a Master's degree in Counseling from American University in Washington, D.C., Reverend White worked in the public school system in Harrisburg, PA as a guidance counselor. He also worked as a Juvenile Probation Officer. Bishop White increased his knowledge of the Word of God at the Harrisburg School of the Bible and the Harrisburg Youth for Christ Bible Institute. In 1987, he was sent to Linconia Tabernacle UHC in Trevose, PA. Under his leadership membership at Linconia flourished, souls have been saved, and countless lives have been refurbished through the power of Jesus Christ.
In 1996, Reverend White was elected 2nd Vice President of the Northern District of the UHCA. In 2014 he succeeded Bishop Kenneth Robinson as President of the Northern District and has continued with his own term with election in 2016.
Bishop Greg K. Hargrave has been married to Minister Kim Carson Hargrave, the love of his life for over 32 years. They are blessed with 3 beau ful daughters and 4 grandchildren. In 1985 he was appointed pastor of Gospel Tabernacle UHC Burlington NC. Bishop Hargrave has remained at this one and only pastorate for over 34 years. He has a ended the Jones School of Religion, Alamance and Davidson
Community colleges, and is a 1994 honor graduate of Winston Salem State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. He has also received two Master's degrees, an MA, Biblical studies, and an M‐Div. in Chris an Ministry, gradua ng Magna‐Cum Laude with both degrees from the Carolina Graduate School of Divinity, Greensboro NC. He received the Doctor of Ministry Degree in May 2013, with a concentra on in Pastoral leadership.
Bishop Hargrave has received numerous awards, including cer fica on for one of the most outstanding young men in America award, and the Diamond Award plaque for outstanding service toward the be erment of our country. In May 2008 he was consecrated a Bishop in the United Holy Church of America. In 2008 He was elected Vice President of the Western NC District. He was appointed the Bishop of Educa on in March 2009. He also served as Chairman of the Board of the Triad Chris an Academy Greensboro, NC for over five years, and the Burlington Planning and Zoning Commission for seven years. In May 2016 Bishop Hargrave was elected 2nd Vice President of the United Holy Church of America, Inc and in July 2016, Bishop Hargrave was elected to the posi on of President of the Western North Carolina District. He and his family reside in McLeansville, NC.

Judy is an ordained Elder and serves as an Associate Minister at Bible Union Fellowship Church UHCA, Philadelphia, PA. where her pastor is District Elder Rebecca DeLoach. Elder Lewis serves as the Convoca on Secretary of the Northern District UHCA. She a ended Drexel University in Philadelphia where she received her B.S. in Business, majoring in Computer Systems/Marke ng. Judy is married to Elder Timothy Lewis. They currently reside in Wilmington, Delaware and have 3 children and one grandson. Judy has worked for several companies during her corporate career but nothing has
given her more sa sfac on and joy than being the owner of her very own. Gigi’s Laundry Room is located in Wilmington, DE and it is “a place where souls and clothes leave cleaner and brighter”!
Minister Esther M. Walker is a lifelong member of the United Holy Church of America and has served as the General Recording Secretary since 2016. She is a member of Holy Temple Church, Boston, MA located in the New England District. She has been married to Minister Calvin Walker for 43 years; they share 3 children and 5 grandchildren. Minister Walker brings to this posi on her technical background working with various computer systems and so ware for both the Federal and State governments for the past 35 years. She has served as District Secretary of the New England District since 1996.

Ms. Louise L. Bagley currently resides in Raleigh, NC and is a member of the Gospel Tabernacle UHC, Burlington, NC under the pastorate of Bishop Greg K. Hargrave where she serves as the Church Administrator. She is a member of the Western North Carolina District and serves as the District’s Execu ve Secretary. She has been a member of the United Holy Church of America all of her life. Ms. Bagley currently serves as the General Financial Secretary of the United Holy Church of America and formally served as the General Treasurer (12 Years) of the
UHC as well as a member of the Conven on Planning and Logis cs Commi ee for many years.

There, she currently serves as Treasurer, Trustee, member of the Finance Commi ee, along with other non‐financial du es and organiza ons. As a member of the Western North Carolina District, Bishop Gregory Hargrave, President, she currently serves as Treasurer and Finance Commi ee member. On the sub district and district levels, I have served in the YPHA, Ushers, and Missionary Departments. I have been involved in prison ministry for over 10 years and ministered in Rescue Ministry from a teenager un l present. I have served in Liberia on the Salala Mission for 17 years. I look forward to serve as VP of the General Mission Department. My desire is "That Others May Know Him."

Elder Lillie Washington is a member for more than 30 years of Gospel Tabernacle UHCA, Columbus OH. Bishop J. Derrick Johnson is her Pastor and District President.Serves as Director of Pastoral Care and Director of the Food Bank on the local level. She is a member of Northwestern District Board of Presbytery and Recording secretary for the General Mission Department.
David Grant Candidate for: Superintendent, BCS Minister David Grant is a member of the Central Western District. David is member of Christ Holiness Temple, St. Louis, Missouri where his pastor is Bishop Gearline Smith. He presently serves as BCS Superintendent in the Central Western District.
Donielle Graves is an author and speaker. Using her bubbly personality and free spirit to capture the hearts of others, she inspires them to be the BEST they can be while living a life worthy of Jesus Christ. Donielle desires that all come to the knowledge of Christ and grows in rela onship with Him. Donielle received a B.S. Degree from UNC‐Greensboro in Human Development & Family Studies and obtained a M.A. from Liberty University in Human Services Counseling. She now serves as an Assessment Facilitator for Pi County Schools Excep onal Children’s Department.
On February 12, 2012, Donielle stood to publicly proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ for the first me. She finds fulfillment in teaching the Word in a way that all will understand. She desires all to accept and apply God’s Truth to their lives. She published “Love Notes”, a 40‐Day Devo onal for a more in mate rela onship with Christ and wrote a 31 Day Devo onal for Women to explore their Iden ty, Purpose, Worth, Wifehood, and Motherhood and she has created a complimen ng Bible Study. Her first book and Bible Study, “Journey to Free” challenges readers to be who God created them to be. When it is all said and done, Donielle desires that her life reflects Ma hew 5:16 , “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.”
DONIELLE GRAVES Candidate for: Asst Superintendent, BCS
CALVIN WALKER Candidate for: Asst Superintendent, BCS Minister Calvin Walker is a member of Holy Temple Church, Boston, MA (New England District). He has served as the Asst. Superintendent of the General Bible Church School since 2016. His dedica on to the importance of Sunday School is based on the fact that he is a product of the outreach program of Holy Temple Church. Their Sunday School Outreach led to his conversion and his con nuous service to the Church. Min. Walker firmly believes in Proverbs 22:6 and Isaiah 55:11. When the Word of God is planted at an early age, in due me God will call for a return of his investment. Min. Walker began teaching Sunday School as a college student and has served in every facet of Sunday School work, from bus driver and
teacher, to Superintendent. He has served as District BCS Superintendent of the New England District since 2000. He has been married to Min. Esther Walker for 43 years; they have 3 children and 5 grandchildren. Min. Walker recently re red and is commi ed to using his skills to benefit the UHCA.
Sarah lea Candidate for: 2nd Asst Superintendent, BCS Minister Sarah Lea is a member of Glenn Grove UHC in Mebane, NC. At Glenn Grove she serves as BCS Superintendent and YPHA president. In the western sub‐district she serves as YPHA VP and in the Western NC District she is Jr. Missionary VP. She has four sons, Mike, Tim, Jon, and Josh. She works for Guilford County Schools at Gibsonville Elementary School as Assistant Kindergarten Teacher and is a member of the Instruc onal Leadership Team.
Minister Kelley has served as YPHA Vice President for the General Church since 2016. She currently serves as YPHA President—Western NC District Convoca on and as youth minister at White Rock United Holy Church in Chapel Hill NC. She has previously served as YPHA Vice President and YPHA President for the Central subdistrict union of the WNC District Convoca on. She is commi ed to ensuring that youth within the church establish their own rela onship with Jesus and apply the Word of God to their daily lives. To that end, she has been an integral part of the redesign of YPHA literature to ensure there are lessons that provide prac cal
applica ons of Biblical principles and different formats available to appeal to various learning styles. She seeks to ensure the youth are able to have a voice in planning ac vi es targeted towards them. This manifested the crea on of a Youth/Young Adult Council in the WNC District, with representa ves from each subdistrict between the ages of 13 and 26. She has mentored the youth, working together planning ac vi es like the District Youth Conven on and youth/young adult worship experiences. She has developed a series of Youth/Young Adult worship services/gatherings at her local church called “Sunday Night Live” and a separate teen ministry called WEQT‐FM—We are Equipping Teens For Ministry. This ministry ins lls leadership quali es in teens as they grow and mature, preparing them to take leadership roles in all levels of local and general church. She currently serves as General Counsel for the UHCA and previously was a regional trainer of a financial ins tu on providing supervision to a group of 14 trainers in 4 states.

Celeste Nicholson mcneil Candidate for: President, YPHA Have you heard? We are here to serve! The United Holy Church of America has a group of millennials who love and want to serve our Great Church. I'm a millennial and I’ve been in the UHCA for 22 years. I am an ordained Elder in the Greater Northern District, under Bishop Kenneth White. I serve faithfully at Bible Union Fellowship Church under the pastorate of Elder Rebecca DeLoach. I enjoy serving our church on all levels: Adjutancy Corp, music department, and the YPHA Department. I currently serve as 2nd VP of the General YPHA and VP of the Northern District YPHA. Youth are drawn to me, in and out of the church. I started a Basketball Outreach
Program and a Non‐Profit, "I Like Being Me", touching people of all ages, bridging the genera onal gap and helping them on their Chris an journey. My goal is to support our Presiding Prelate’s vision for the Youth Department. I seek to serve the youth of the UHCA, help lead them to Christ and further their rela onship with Him. I plan to develop programs that will minister to the whole person (spiritually, physically, and mentally), along with crea ng an atmosphere that will invite a God Encounter. By no means do I or will I a empt to nullify the work of those who have planted, built and sown. I plan to embrace the future and build on what has been started, unifying the young and old, as we work together to build the Kingdom of God. “In the last days,” God says, “I will pour out my Spirit upon all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy. Your young men will see visions, and your old men will dream dreams.” Acts 2:17 NLT
"Charisma c; Visionary; Trailblazer; Dedicated; Anointed; Appointed; Preacher and Teacher" are just a few things that would come to mind when you ponder on the ministry of Pastor Daemarkis Faison. At a young age, it was evident that Pastor Faison‐Love recognized the mantle that had been richly placed upon his life. He firmly and whole heartedly believes that the Lord has empowered and equipped him with a life transforming message which would meet spiritual needs of every genera on, both young and old. Although the assignment is great, this vessel strives to fulfill the calling from God with vigor and integrity.
Pastor Daemarkis Faison is the proud Pastor of Macedonia UHC, Beulaville N.C. He also serves as the Youth Pastor of Holy Trinity UHC, Greenville, N.C. The driving force behind Pastor Faisons' ministry and existence is clear and transparent. His assignment is to "Transform a Genera on; one life at a me.”

Mya is a faithful member of St. Mariah UHC, where her pastors are Bishop & Elder Cohen. She is apart of the Southern District Goldsboro and serves as Worship leader, Youth Leader and par cipates in the Dance Ministry at St. Mariah. She is also involved in the Music Department of the General Church and has a passion for souls and youth. She desires to live a life that pleases God and is a testament to those who look up to her. Mya is a fashionable and crea ve individual and uses her gi s on various pla orms. She is an Entrepreneur in the secular world and uses that as a tool to minister to the unchurched. She is a graduate of North Carolina A&T
State University and is currently furthering her educa on at Dudley Beauty College.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pa. She is an educator that has been working with and teaching children, youth, and young adults for over 15 years. Leah a ends Bible Union Fellowship Church (Northern District). Leah graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Hospitality Management. Her love for children and educa on caused her to shi careers to become a teacher. Leah graduated with her Master’s in Educa on from Eastern University in St. David’s, PA. She serves her local church as a praise and worship leader, choir director, and youth leader. Within her sub‐district and district, Leah has directed the youth choir and taught sessions for children and teens at the local mee ngs. On the general level, she has led sessions
for teens and young adults. In being elected, Leah hopes to bring ideas that will collaborate with the team in drawing young people to the Lord and con nue the legacy of training up the now and next genera on of our great church ‐ To see them equipped to carry the work and live a full life in Christ.

Elder Baskin studied at Friendship Junior College Rock Hill, SC and Ecumenical Ins tute Chicago, Illinois. She received her Associate Degree from South Central Community College and her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of New Haven. Her religious studies were completed at the United Chris an Bible Ins tute extension in New Haven, CT . Elder Baskin has been a member of Mt. Hope Temple for 58 years where she was a junior usher at 10years old. She has been ushering for the past 60 years. She is currently an Associate Minister, Church Clerk, Usher Board President, New
England District Usher Department President and Director of Educa on at Mt. Hope Temple Church. Elder Baskin has previously held various offices such as; Sunday School Teacher, Secretary of the Sunday School, Vice President of the New England District Usher Department, President of the Young People Holy Associa on at Mt. Hope Temple Church, President and Treasurer of the General United Holy Church of America, Inc. Elder Baskin currently serves her community as a Co‐Chair of the Youth Commi ee of Newhallville and re red from the Children Center of Hamden in 2004 a er working for 29years. Elder Baskin has been a mentor, encourager, mo vator, mother, caregiver to rela ves and many others.

Carolyn Hargrove Candidate for: Rec. Secretary, Ushers At age seven, Carolyn began serving as an ac ve member on the Usher’s Department at her home church—Morning Star United Holy Church, Inc. Carolyn began moving into leadership roles within her local church and district—Southern District‐Henderson. She served as Recording Secretary for the Inter‐Denomina onal Usher’s Associa on and Secretary for the Southern District‐Henderson Usher’s Department. Carolyn has also served as President of the Southern District Henderson Usher’s Department. Recently, she served two terms as Recording Secretary of the UHCA Usher’s Department. Carolyn is a
mother of one, her son Aaron Hargrove. She is a na ve of Henderson, NC where she has become a community ac vist for over 10+ years. She has served the State of North Carolina for more than 32 years. She has recently re red from Murdoch Developmental Center.

My name is Robin Smith, I am running for the General Usher Department, Financial Secretary. I live in the Southeastern District and I am a member of Ebenezer United Holy Church in Atlanta, GA, My pastor is Elder Brian Jordan and our District President is Bishop Carolyn P. Horton. My posi on in our local church is Financial Secretary, in our District I am the Treasurer and in the General Church I was the Financial Secretary.
Deacon Picke is a member of Linconia Tabernacle Chris an Center in Trevose, PA where he was raised by his mother THE LATE MOTHER DAISY LEE PICKETT. A er gradua ng from High School Deacon Picke joined the US MILITARY ( Army) and served in the GULF WAR ( Desert Storm/ Desert Shield). A er his service for his country Deacon Picke returned home and started serving in his home church. He worked for PENNSYLVANIA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS FOR 23 years before re ring in December 2019. In 2001 he joined Linconia’s Usher’s Ministry and was appointed as President in 2007 by his Pastor, Bishop Kenneth White. In 2008, he was elected Vice President of
his sub district ( EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA ). A er a year of serving in that posi on the District Elders appointed his as President. In 2016, he was elected as President of the Northern District Ushers. He is married to Tamar Picke for 25 years, and they have one daughter ( Jasmine) and one son (Jaylen) and one grandson and one granddaughter.

Dr. S nson, na ve of Massillon, Ohio, is a lifelong member of The Northwestern District, serving under Elder M. Clemmons at Morning Star, UHC. In 2016 she was elected President of the NWD Educa on Department. She has been noted for presen ng seminar topics and materials that are both challenging and engaging. Her sessions present the transforma ve power of God in ways that are prac cal and unconven onal. She is the founder of Total Fitness Ministries, a faith based
health and wellness ministry focused on assis ng in reaching the spiritual and physical goals necessary for living a healthier lifestyle. Her work in ministry and in her local community earned the “Local Giant Award” by the Washington High School SUCCESS Club in 2014.
She is a graduate of Wi enberg University, where she received The Wi enberg Achievement Award. She developed a passion for research, earning a Master’s degree in Chemistry and Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences from Wright State University. Her work has been published in na onal scien fic journals and books, and she is a contribu ng author in the Encyclopedia of Analy cal Chemistry. Her scien fic work earned the “Advancement of Science Award,” from The Na onal Organiza on for the Professional Advancement of Black Chemists and Chemical Engineers.
She is the Manager of Clinical Pathology Opera ons for Charles River Laboratories, in Ohio where she received the Employee Recogni on Award in March 2017 for her efforts toward improving company work flow and processes. She is a part‐ me Senior Lecturer in the Engineering and Science Technology Department at The University of Akron, where she was awarded The Cer ficate of Excellence and recognized as the department’s Outstanding Faculty Member for 2016‐2017.
