THE FOUNDERSFIT & NU™ was founded by sisters, Joslyn and
Brittney Rae Reese
in March of 2015, just two years after embarking on a life-
changing backpacking trip through Central America. The
sister's
were on individual pursuits to create healthy habits.
Joslyn'slove for nutrition began with juicing. As Head NUtrition
Coach
Joslyn takes a (w)holistic approach towards NUtrition by
exploring simple ways on how to heal ones relationship with
food. Head FITness Coach, Brittney Rae remixed her love for
dance and Functional FITness to create high-energy workouts
that build muscle and burn fat simultaneously. Together the
two
are bridging the gap between mind, body & behavior.

and boutique health club. Our mission is to help busy
women of color (WoC) improve their health, ease their
minds and influence their communities and families
to LIVE WELL through functional FITness training,
NUtrition coaching and social & emotional support.
