2. Tobeeligibleforreturn,partsmustbeinnewandresalableconditionandproperlyidentifiedwiththeBushHog®partnumber.

3. AllpartsmustbegenuineBushHog®partsoriginallypurchasedbythedealerasservicepartsonpartsinvoices.

4. PrepackagedpartsmustbereturnedinunbrokenBushHog®packages.

5. Returnpartsaretobeshippedprepaidbythedealer.6. AllpartsaresubjecttofinalacceptancebyBushHog® beforecreditisissued.Damaged,unidentifiableorotherwiserejectedorunacceptablepartswillbeheldfor30daysafterthedealerhasbeennotifiedoftherejection.Ifthedealerrequeststherejectedpartstobereturned,theywillbeshippedfreightcollect;otherwise,theywillbediscarded.

7. Partswhichhavebeensupersededoraredenotednonreturnableinthepartspricelistarenoteligibleforreturnundersurplusordealertermination.

4. Do not make a return shipment without first receiving an RMA number from Bush Hog®!Unauthorizedreturnswillbesubjecttoadditionalrestockingcharges.

5. Packageonlythepartsauthorizedforreturn.6. Creditforpartsreturnedasauthorizedwillbeissuedtothedealer’saccountattheinvoicedpricelessapplicablediscounts.

ANNUAL SURPLUS RETURNBushHog®willaccept,onceeachyearduringthePreseasonorderperiod(November-January),thereturnofsurplusservicepartsfromactiveBushHog®dealersunderthefollowingconditions:

1. SubmitrequestforRMAonline, www.bushhogservicecenter.com.

2. Youwillreceiveemailnotificationthatcontains RMAnumber.

3.FromtheRMAtabonthewebsite, www.bushhogservicecenter.com,printtheRMA.Shippinginstructionswillbeincludedinthecommentssection.

4. Thetotalnumberofpartstobereturnedshallnotexceed10%ofthepast12monthspartspurchases.

5. Theextendedvalue(dealernet)foranysinglepartnumbershouldbe$10.00ormoretobeeligibleforreturn.

6. Partsmustbelistedincurrentpartspricelist.NOsafetyshieldsoranyitemsthatisintendedasprotectionfortheoperatororbystandersandsoldasstandardequipmentwillbeacceptedonsurplusreturns.Websitewillnotifyyouofpartsnoteligibleforreturn.

7. PartsaretobeproperlyidentifiedwiththeBushHog® partnumber,packedwiththepackinglistcopyoftheRMAenclosed,andshippedfreightprepaidtotheaddressindicated.

8. Maximumpackagesizeisnottoexceed61”Lx33.5”Wx25.5”H.

9. Creditwillbeissuedforacceptablepartstothedealer’saccountatcurrentnetpriceslessa15%handlingcharge.

TERMINATIONIntheeventthatthesalesagreementbetweenBushHog® andthedealeristerminated,andwhereapplicablebylaw,thecompanyagreestorepurchaseservicepartsunderthefollowingconditions:1. Within30daysofthedateoftermination,thedealermustsubmittheRequestofReturnAuthorizationformshowingquantity,partnumber,descriptionandvalueofreturnatdealernetpricesofpartstobeconsideredforrepurchase.

2. UponreceiptoftheReturnMaterialsAuthorization,thedealeristoproperlyidentifythepartswiththeBushHog®partnumber,carefullypackandshipwithin30days,freightprepaid,totheaddressshowninthe“ReturnTo”blockoftheAuthorization.

3. Maximumpackagesizeisnottoexceed61”Lx33.5”Wx25.5”H.

4. Unacceptableorunauthorizedpartswillbeheldfor30daysafterthedealerhasbeennotifiedoftherejection.Ifthedealerrequeststherejectedpartstobereturned,theywillbeshippedfreightcollect;otherwise,theywillbescrapped.

5. Creditforacceptablepartswillbeissuedtothedealer’saccountatcurrentdealernetpriceslessa20%handlingchargeunlessotherwisespecified.
