Enter your reflective comments Throughout the school review process of 2019 we laid a number of foundations for our work in 2020, including the co-

development with staff our peer observation and and coaching approach, as well as setting up the PLC inquiry process. As

these are the key bodies of work for us in our 2020 AIP, we are confident we can now focus on implementing these

strategies as consistent and best practice at our school.

Considerations for 2020 -Teachers make links between students’ progress data and their own professional learning needs, provided through PLC

discussions and peer observations.

-Teachers provide, seek out and receive feedback from peers and school leaders to improve their teaching practice (Peer

Observations)

-Use of Pivot Student Feedback tools to support practice and student engagement and improved outcomes.(Student Voice,

Agency & Leadership)

-Establishing student voice teams which will meet throughout various stages of the year.

-Consolidate the implementation of the instructional models for reading and writing.

-Appointment of an instructional leadership team.
