Laptop Requirements
• Wi-fi to connect to ProctorTrack and the Kaplan Exam. • Computer/laptop must be equipped with video and audio functionality. • Google Chrome Internet Browser. • Please note, the exam is NOT compatible with iPads or tablets.
Breaks
• You will be given one scheduled break for lunch on Day 1 for up to 60 minutes. You may take a shorter lunch if desired. You will log out of the application and exam during this break and your timer will stop (if you do not, your timer will continue to run).
• Restroom and water breaks: if you need to take a restroom or water break, please do not log out of the application or exam as exam log ins are limited and you will be locked out of the exam. Since your timer is running, please make sure to take your break as quickly as possible to preserve your exam time for answering the questions (e.g., five minutes or so).
• You may not access your personal belongings during the examination or on an unscheduled break. All testing materials are to remain at your testing center during all breaks.

Exit the exam by closing the internet browser by clicking on the following icon located at the top left corner of the internet browser:

Exam Tech Requirements
● Laptops or Chromebooks should be used to take the exam○ Tablets are not allowed
● Cookies and cache should be cleard prior to entering the test URL into your browser
○ If you don’t clear these it can impact the test and cause access issues throughout the exam
● Restarting is recommended so that there are no other applications running during the exam

Test Day Experience
Upon arriving you will receive a instructional sheet that will include the test URL and your login details. Please read the entire instructional sheet before beginning.
● Enter the test URL exactly as it is shown○ Any deviations from the exact address will result in an error
● Input your username and password carefully
● If you experience internet loss during the exam, close your browser, reestablish internet access and navigate back to the test URL, login again and click Start Test. It will take you back to where you were in the exam.

Exam navigation
You will have a short tutorial on how to use the exam navigation. Once you finish this tutorial, you will click ”Next” in the lower right hand corner of your screen to begin the exam.

and to begin the exam. Click on “Start Exam” to begin the Section.

Be sure to keep an eye on your time remaining in the upper right hand corner of your screen.

Exam navigationYou will be able to move between questions within a Section using the “Previous” and
“Next” buttons at the bottom right of your screen.
You will be able to “Flag” questions for Review from the upper right hand corner of your screen and access the “Review Screen” on the bottom left of your screen throughout the Section.

You will be able to “Review Incomplete”, “Review All” and “Review Flagged” questions from the bottom right of the Review Screen.

LunchAfter completeing 200 questions within Sections 1 and 2, you should close out of your browser window at the INBDE Section Introdution for Section 3.
When you return from lunch, log back into the exam, click “Start Exam”, and then click the “Begin Section 3” button to begin the next Section.

End of Day 1After completeing Section 4, you will see the below screen, click “End of Day” and close your Browser.

Day 2When you return for Day 2, login to the exam using the same login details from Day 1 and click ‘Start Test” and you will be taken back to the below screen where you should click “Begin Section 5”.

When you have completed Section 6, and reviewed all incomplete and marked questions, click “End Exam”. Please do not click End Exam until you have completed the Exam and are ready to submit for grading. Please note that you will not be able to retrieve the questions as this is a secure exam. You will, however, be able to see a final test analysis. This will show your overall score as well as the Discipline scores.
