Feb 1st 2018 – The SWCD has been in contact with 18 parcel owners this month to discuss and schedule site visits for spring.

Moving forward: SWCD assists landowners with compliance issues in Spring Fall 2019. Once compliant, SWCD send County Land Use Management office notice. APO is then rescinded.

Township Election Day Process• Today – Master lists and absentee materials• Friday, February 8th ‐ Absentee Voting begins• Friday, March 8th ‐ Roster must be picked up from County by 4:30pm • Saturday, March 9th ‐ Absentee Voting: 10am – 12 noon

o Absentee ballots to be available at Clerk’s Office• Tuesday, March 12th ‐ Township Election  • Thursday, March 14th ‐ All materials returned to County office by 4:30pm

New DS200’s• $5,500 less grant of $2,123/machine = $3,377• Those that haven’t paid will receive an invoice in June but the payment isn’t due until around settlement time

2020 Presidential Primary• Training will start in 2019, no delays as of yet

• Board resolution only (vote is required for move to General election)• Resolution states either Federal/State, Local, or Both• Notify County 90 days prior of election (by May 16th)• All townships qualify• No judges needed for Federal/State elections• Anticipated reduction in election day costs• Will require postage and County fee• Clerk will need to attend training

• Sanding Salt for Snow & Ice Control– Townships can access the state salt contracts
