MASTER THE IMDG CODE Your activity is related to the transportation of hazardous materials on RoRo ships? The
International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code will have no more secrets for you.
The complexity of the IMDG code and the various port and maritime regulations require exemplary management of dangerous goods. Misinterpretation or improper documentation of the multimodal transport declaration may result in denied boarding or off-loading or, worse, an irreversible incident on board.
The objective of this training is to enable you to assimilate and master the documentation requirement of each stage of a dangerous goods shipment on a RoRo vessel. You will safely classify, label and ship a road transport unit, and package a container for secure boarding on a RoRo vessel. Following this initial training, a two-day refresher course is offered.
