Going through all my old note pads. This is from a staff meeting with Coach Lopez in 2012. We met as a staff every day. I may have written down every word he said in every meeting and I’m glad I did. Tons of nuggets.
Losing culture:● Resistant● Doesn’t do what is asked● Opposes changes and opposes team● Makes excuses● Talks poorly of other teams● Blames others (often judges)
“Average” culture:● Compliant● Does what is asked--no more no less● Gives effort, but not fully 100% invested● Blames others (often judges)
