Dear Booth/Vendor Operator:
This letter contains Booth/Vendor information for the Annual Juneteenth Celebration. Please Note
Booth/Food Truck rental is $400.00 (if you are cooking food) and $300.00 (if you are not cooking
food) for an 8’ X 8’ Booth Space. Booth Spaces are limited 10 Cooking Booths and 5 Non-cooking
Booths. The deadline is June 1, 2019. The Booth/Food Truck Spaces will be assigned on a first come
basis. On Wednesday there will be no booths only Food Trucks.
Food Truck Rental Fee is: $200.00. (Wednesday Only)
The Celebration this year begins with a Vendors Meeting on Thursday, June 13, 2019 at 6:00p.m. at
Woodson Community Park in the Community Center.
The Official Booth and Food Truck Days and Schedules are:
Friday, June 14, 2019 8:00a.m. to 11:30p.m.
Saturday, June 15, 2019 8:00a.m. to 11:30p.m.
Sunday, June 16, 2019 8:00a.m. to 11:30p.m.
Wednesday, June 19, 2019 9:00a.m. – 11:00p.m. (Food Trucks Only for an additional cost)
Here are some simple tips to help us help you:
1. Print and fully complete the application and return promptly.
2. Include all applicable contact information
3. If you have a trailer, please indicate so we can schedule your setup time properly.
4. Include full payment with your application.
Cash booth decorating awards are given each year for booth decorating.

2. The sale of Alcohol, Illegal Drugs, and any Derogatory Merchandise is PROHIBITED.
3. All Booth/Vendors Spaces will be assigned by the Booth/Vendor Rental Chairperson.
4. VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED ON THE PARK TO LOAD AND UNLOAD ONLY!
5. THERE WILL BE A MANADATORY BOOTH/VENDOR MEETING ON THURSDAY EVENING, JUNE 13, 2019 AT 6:00P.M. IN THE WOODSON COMMUNITY CENTER. ALL VENDOR/BOOTH APPLICANTS MUST ATTEND. YOU CANNOT ENTER YOUR
BOOTH OR SET UP YOUR TRAILER UNTIL AFTER THE MEETING ON THURSDAY EVENING , JUNE 13, 2019. IF YOU DO,
WE WILL HAVE THE POLICE TO REMOVE YOU AND YOUR BELONGINGS FROM THE PARK.
6. June 5, 2019 is the deadline for refunds. After June 5, 2019 there is a $100 Cancellation Fee.
7. BOOTHS/VENDORS ARE ASKED TO START CLOSING AT 11:30P.M. NIGHTLY. WE MUST BE OFF THE PARK AT MIDNIGHT.
8. BEST DECORATED BOOTH CONTEST” 1ST Place ($75) * 2nd Place ($50) * 3rd Place ($25.) Booth must be decorated by Friday, June 14, 2019 @ 6:00 p.m. Booths will be judged Friday @ 8:00 p.m. Winners will be announced during the Welcome Program on Friday Night.

or proceeding for loss or damage incurred, either in whole or in part, by the
negligence or willful misconduct of the Vendor, its officers, agents or
employees.
