Our Executive Chef and his dedicated staff are proud to offer fresh in-house made menu items for your function.

The food philosophy at Sparking Hill Resort is to use locally sourced, high quality, naturally grown product whenever possible. We believe in sourcing our products locally to support our growers to help build a stronger community.

Our Executive Chef has a close relationship with the farmers, ranchers, growers, cheese makers and butchers that provide the products the kitchen team uses. He is committed to working with producers in the Okanagan Valley and British Columbia whenever possible.

Our seafood program focuses on using sustainable products. We are helping to preserve our oceans for the future.

To ensure we are able to use Okanagan products throughout the year, we have a strong preserve program in place. Our preserving techniques include pickling, canning, freezing and drying. The products range from whole canned cherries, rosehip jam, pickled carrots and garlic scapes to frozen blackberries and dried raspberries.

We take as much care into sourcing the food for your function as we do in preparing on the day. Our goal is to make every function memorable.
