The 2019 Conven on Commi ee has put together an excellent program, and we hope that all members from the crop input, grain and feed sectors will plan to a end! Please note the savings for advance registra on and register today. By registering in advance, your conven on registra on package will be wai ng for you upon arrival at the Hilton Mississauga/Meadowvale. The OABA registra on desk will be open at 11:45 a.m. on Thursday, December 5, 2019 in the Graydon Hall Foyer. Full refunds will be made for cancella ons received up un l 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 27, 2019.

Partners/spouses of conven on registrants are welcomed at a special rate which includes the “Speaker Program, President’s Recep on, Banquet & Industry Recep on” on Thursday, and the Buffet Breakfast and Keynote Speaker Presenta on on Friday.

Dennis Snow’s customer service abili es were honed over 20 years with the Walt Disney World Company in Orlando, Florida. In today’s compe ve market, developing a service excellence strategy is an important part of any leader’s role. Beyond developing the strategy, however, there is the challenge of execu ng the plan. Based on the leadership principles Dennis learned, lived, and taught during his 20‐years with Walt Disney World, this presenta on highlights specific leadership behaviors that bring a service strategy to life and describes how to “hardwire” service excellence into an organiza on’s culture.
