prepaid in order for Communities In Schools to offer programming on the following days:

What is Communities In Schools?

CIS is the nation's leading community- based organization that helps kids stay
in school and prepare for life. By bringing caring adults into the schools to address children's unmet needs, we provide the
link between educators and the community.
Extended Day Learning Daily Schedule:
6:30-8:30 a.m. Homework Check Enrichment Activity 3:25-3:50 p.m. Bathroom Break Snack Attendance 3:50-5:00 p.m. Academic Support 5:00-6:00 p.m. Enrichment Activities
The Extended Day Learning (EDL) Program was launched at the beginning of
the 2010-2011 school year. Before and after school care is provided for
elementary school aged children at the following schools:

Jonathan Jennings New Washington (after care only)
Wilson
Northaven Parkwood
Pleasant Ridge Riverside
Utica Thomas Jefferson
As a parent, you do not have to worry about how safe the environment is or
transportation issues because we provide this service right in the school building.
